What is the circle knob for near the lights?And what did you turn off after you started and oil pressure was on 3?
Idle adjustment. I turned idle up because engine was cold.

Probably bad glow plugs or low compression along with gelling fuel along with blow by maybe

No it is not. This engine was totally bad. It has now another engine.
