I think that it is a fantastic album, but I don’t bring it up when talking about music with friends because they would probably shun me. It is just one of my personal guilty pleasures. 😀

Really enjoyed this video Alex! More importantly thank you for reminding me of Angel Olsen with whom I was familiar with but didn't happen until now to dig deeper into her oeuvre. I started by ordering All Mirrors in the 2xLP clear vinyl release, gorgeous, lush arrangements and compositions and the "Burn your fire for no witness" album in CD. Perhaps "Big Time" will soon follow. I'm looking forward to watch your end of the year list. Cheers!
I just listened to songs by all of the artists you recommended. I found them all simple, boring, depressing and they put me to sleep. Is this really the best you can do? Have you heard of Kasey Chambers? Two songs by her you should hear are Barricades and Brickwalls and Rattlin' Bones
