You are my mentor in solar installation. With my knowledge solar system before I followed you made me choose you as my mentor. Because I have tested all you teach an say about solar. Kudos keep up
*you are more than 100 percent correct, l have two 150ah battery with 1kva inverter and l run 18+ electricity and since 2020 and l am thinking of upgrading to 400ah (two quanta battery) l can afford lithium battery. Thanks*
My solar system powers my 6 foot fridge freezer and chest freezer when it is cloudy. I take them off when it is 5:30pm on cloudy days. It depends on the installation and adequate sizing.
The lower your budget, the lower you should learn to keep your load. I am running 24hours, no downtime on a meager 3kwhr battery. I don’t have any downtime even in the raining season. All I did was learn to drastically reduce my load. I swapped out all my regular fans for DC fans. My previous fans were 150w. My current DC fans consumes 28w at the highest(that is about x5 reduction). I switch off my 49inches TV that consumes about 110W, I use my 27inch Monitor that consumes less than 25W. I switch off unnecessary bulbs. Reduce my load drasticalllllllly. I added a standalone LIFEPO4 AC charger that can accept “dirty power” from generator(if worse comes to worse. My battery is fully charged in 3hours with generator and that carries me for the next 24hours again). The generator only works on rainy day. I have not put on the generator in about two weeks now. Get proper information. Any amount of battery will be enough if you know how to reduce your load and you have the right information. Shikena
apparently the guy no nothing about solar system and offcourse he has been delt with seriously by the quack engineer out there 😅😅😅..Well done job boss I love your videos always
Please do charge him full cost for the consultancy. He probably would be hoping that if he makes enough noise, you'd offer free consultation and a fix to his issues. One can't eat his cake and have it.
He should first learn to understand the status data being presented by the charge controller or the hybrid inverter in relation to the load to be able to manage his solar system.
Even if you have a 45kwh Lithium ion battery, and you have enough pannels to give pv to power your load and charge your storage at same time, you still neet to manage your load, but they no dey hear word. Later they will deny and accuse installer of a bad job
please leave the ignoramus alone telling him to give you access to check and troubleshoot his system for free is wasting of time people like that don't learn .
Thank you very much brother, if he thinks he has money he should pay a proffesional to check his system, else he can continue with his GEN nobody cares, people who use properly designed and managed solar system, knows what they are getting
Most Clients claim to know about solar energy system. The buy their components via hearsay then get amateur they can pay cheap to do the installation then start crying. No matter how large or the kinda capacity of your system, they forget that there are people using a small system of 2.5kva inverter, 60 ah charge controller, 6 solar panels of 250 watts, and just two 220 ah tubular battery, but light never comot for their 2 bedroom flat since installation. They put on their fridge of 130 watts by 10 in the morning when the sun is out, then put it of by 3pm, they listened to their installer and manage their system, as small as it is and they are fine. If you check, that guy fit dey load like 3 or 4 2.5 horse power ac at same time. He might not even know how many KWH load in his house. Even if you have a 30 Kwh Lithium ion battery, it will drain Asap
Obviously trying to misapply his knowledge where he doesn't really know so much about. I need not add more, you may have the best inverters, MPPT or any green energy devices, if the configuration ain't right, it ain't right and you might get frustrated having spent so much to stay off grid😊 He should reach out to you, there's no need to be on a high horse

very correct

5.30pm is too late to take them off. Maximum time is 4.00 to enable Reacumulation before night.

Most, if not all Petrocam stations are fully solar powered, if solar wasn't effective, they wouldn't have wasted their time going solar
