  • In this episode, Christine and Eden introduce a concept called "Life In Review". This concept is based on a three-part worksheet that is designed to help individuals reflect on different portions of their lives.
The worksheet prompts individuals to consider their early years and childhood experiences, their teenage years and young adulthood, and their current life and future aspirations. By reflecting on these different experiences and identifying things that have influenced who they are today, individuals can gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their personal values.
Overall, the Life In Review concept is a great way to gain clarity and a deeper understanding of oneself. By reflecting on different portions of one's life, individuals can reduce clutter and improve their overall mindset.

I am to a point that my next big step in a couple years is downsizing to one small home. At that point I will Death Clean with my son because decisions will have to be made. I plan on a 5 tier plan: New home ( few items) , my son , sell all possible, invite friends and neighbors in to grab what they want ,donate what is left. Until then I average a box of donations every 1-3 months and have a no /low buy mentality. It has been so calming to have a plan that takes current and future into mind.

First off, you don’t look 60 to me! Thanks for these tips. I’ve been SLOWLY trying to do this! With 5 acres a barn and a full size basement living in the same place for over 26 years its HARD!! 😅 oh and assisted living is terrible. Keep you loved ones with you as long as possible, take care of them. The cost does not equal the value you get. You’re lucky if someone who works there will care. Experienced this with my mom. 😢

So amazing, you two. Thanks for the open and honest talks. Looking forward to the pieces on dealing with "aging" parents -- which I definitely have.

So true The longer you are in one place the more difficult it can be! Keep it up! And thank you!!
