If you have bad teeth or gum disease BE VERY VERY CAREFUL taking any of these drugs! Necrosis of your jaw is a real risk if you need teeth pulled.

Can you help me understand this a bit more? My uncle has found himself in this position. I am trying to find the best way to help him recover from taking this drug! He is now afraid he might loose his teeth.

@@batmama4242effectively, there is no way of knowing future dental treatment required but ideally it’s not close to /within the first several months to year of the treatment (if you’re only taking it short term).
If osteoporosis occurs, there is patching treatment for the bone as an option
