He seems pretty unfamiliar with ios. It does have a mini player from the dynamic island. And the music player on the lockscreen transforms into full screen just like the Samsung. Also the ios quick panel (whatever you want to call it) is fully customizable, so you can make pretty much any icon any size - except the volume and brightness, I believe. OneUI still has Status and Gesture bar shadows. The status bar isn't vertically centred around the camera. Some animations feel very mechanical(e.g. notifications/control centre, no bounce when scrolling to the start/end of a list, going to the app drawer(not as good as a pixel)). There's no control centre date and time. When opening the notifications or the control centre unlike every other good OS, OneUI doesn't move the status bar icons as fluidly, just like in OneUI 6. Status bar icons don't look as good. Quick centre expanding tiles animations are still mid unlike the early leaks we got which gave us more of an iOS-style approach(smooth and fluid). System apps are too aggressive on one-hand friendliness, with the majority of the screen filled with nothing(viewing area). The gallery app doesn't look the best(although functions flawlessly unlike the mess iOS is). Default wallpapers look bad(but S25 WP leaks look promising). There's no blur when entering apps but there is when in the recent apps menu. Notification cards on the lock screen have translucent rather blurred backgrounds dismissing the new aesthetics and breaking the consistency. Game booster menus still have blue tiles(when the entire control centre panels used white for the last 2 major updates), and the smaller box containing the tile grid is edge-to-edge, unlike the rest of the UI which has a margin around the interactive box on every system app. I am a long-term Galaxy user, if you have any questions/contradicting views feel free to reply!
