- In October 2018, Aaliyah Arnold founded her online beauty and skin care brand @BossUpCosmetics when she was only 14 years old. Now at 18 years old, the Houston native expanded her line-up, offering a wide selection of products from eyeshadow pallets and lipsticks to blushes to brushes, along with her signature lip glosses. With over 1.5 million followers on TikTok, she shares a behind the scenes peek into her business where she received shoutouts from pop artist @MeghanTrainor and makeup artist @JamesCharles.

She’s such a huge inspiration and I absolutely LOVE how her entire family helps support her business. Everyone from her mom down to her cousins help her run the business. I’m so happy for her success. The negative comments she gets I believe are from individuals who don’t have a supportive family, it’s easy to feel a way when you have zero support from those around you. My Niece at 9 years old, I began teaching her how to make rope bracelets with the purpose to eventually begin selling Handmade Jewelry on line.
At 12 years old, she had actual Clients of grown Women, braiding hair, styles that were worth $150 at the Salons .... But of course being a child, she had to charge half the price, Lol

Her glosses and skincare etc all have her brand name. it’s fine to let her use Stanley’s, just let it slide. She’s known for glosses too.
She has so many orders you think she’s wasting 7 hrs on one cup for cheap. It’s time consuming . She also advertised for them for free. Stop hating.
