Two things jumped out on me when I viewed this Jeanneau Prestige 30s. One was just what an amazing condition she's in, and the other is the beam, as she appears to have more room that you would expect to find on a boat just over 9 meters.
The sliding roof, fantastic entertaining space in the cockpit, and the good sizes swim platform all go into making this a really social boat. One that was built with friends and family in mind.
Lets not forget the engine bay, which has room to spare ahead of the engines for a decent sized lazarette, big enough for a packed dinghy or a couple of SUPs. This space is made possible due to the shorter block of the Volvo Penta D3s needing less space.

Another great tour - thank you. I really like how you are doing tours of what I would term "sensible" priced boats - i.e. things that us mortals could get. Seeing £4m boats is nice and all - but I find these much more informative ..... and I happen to be hunting for a new boat just now and this one is on the list now!
That little hatch from the heads into the cockpit is a little weird. Sure hope no one has bowel problems.

Boat designs really don't age that well. As you didn't have the year in the title, I thought this one to be from the 90s.
Combined with the used market offering very few 'young' used boats (like lease returns on the used car market), I think I'll really have to buy new to find something that looks somewhat nice.
You never said anything about how fast the boat goes
