By the way i asked for your contact details in your last video regarding your impulse build part-3 because i kinda want that kind of upsizing in my bike as well,so if you're kind enough for your help...
I had zmr engine on my impulse with ns 200 carb then switched to Karizma r carb then switched to stock engine and carb. I also have ss full exhaust system. Zmr engine on impulse will have starting problem every other day. There are a lot of vibration,if you do 100 km ride, your hands, legs will vibrate for entire day, bike does nose dip on jumps. Only Karizma r engine works fine on impulse as it has a kick.
can use an old Pulsar 220's carburettor with karizma's main jet of size 125 or can go with the CBZ old model carburettor which comes with the pump mechanism and believe me it will totally change the nature of the bike .The CBZ carb will definitely improve the acceleration as it comes with the pump mechanism as well as it comes with slide not the CV so no initial drop . currently using p220 carb the initial is a bit slow post 3k rpm its good.But the CBZ car is recommended for good initial as well as mid

@@allaboutautomobiles. i built my impulse way back in 2017 with zedling and used to ride rally raids on it before covid happened. i still own and ride my impulse group B spec. bike with thier rear shock with 9.2 inches travel in the rear and showa 43mm open cartridge forks in the front with 11 inches travel.
I don't think ZMR KARIZMA engine will work on a Impulse. Having said that ZMR has a FI based engine, you need to insert a pipe inside the fuel tank of the Impulse to get the FI working. The engine will not perform at all. Best is to stick to the normal Karizma engine with a Impulse carb itself by using a higher size main jet & pilot jet. Rest is cool.. im looking forward to purchase a Zeddling S
I personally have installed the Fi engine, with a Karizma carb with a Husqvarna exhaust, Xpulse suspension and a Pipercross air intake. The engine takes at least 10 mins to settle down, but once it is warm enough if flys on the road, Am personally very happy with this kind of mix setup, it makes the bike unique as well.
Honestly its just too expensive and according to me not worth it, to begin with even if you can fit the karizma's oil cooled radiator on the impulse you will need to replace the the entire engines right hand side panel, which means you will loose out on your kick start. more importantly the 150cc engine does not heat up so quickly. But if I do come across any such modified bike I will definitely cove it.
HAHAHA, absolutely its stock sir. India it is a criminal to express yourself via your machine, but you can get scot free killing 2 people with your stock Porshe if you have the contacts and money. what a wonderful place we live in.

@@karpich1994 xpulse OEM is straight rate spring, zedling shock for xpulse is dual rate spring

They have suspension setups for the KTM Adventure to lower the height, I'm sure they should have a solution for you as well.
