bicol politicians have good visions..but we need to enter a decade where bicol builds big projects..like rail..international ports, roro ports.. bridges..localized road constructions/highways..along with necessary agencies/department to help secure..the rail and sea services..build a new capitol..a university nearby..then identify industrial zones in bicol.
