This video contains three different locations in General Luna. I started my tour around Tourism Rd., then to Cloud 9, and finally to the bridge famous for sunsets, the Catangnan Bridge!

I never thought that there are more Foreigners who come there than the natives. 🏖️ So wonderful to see especially the Catangnan bridge watching the lowly sunset 🌄that is so relaxing while eating something or simply chatting with friends. Hope they have placed garbages there and not in the waters. 🏝️

Alot of shit has changed so much. Some for the good but im afraid the rubbish, dead corals that i personally have seen is shocking.

I’m from Camiguin but not visited Siargao every time during vacation. On clear days we can see Surigao peninsula east of the island of Camiguin. Thanks showcasing this as if we made a tour with the famous resort in the world. God bless. Watching from The USA.

It's the best place to visit and a naked island to me as long as the foreigners are behaving themselves and not causing any troubles at all.

Mas malaki yung dati pa na Cloud 9 boardwalk which was damaged by typhoon Odette in 2021. Maliit na lang ang pinalit. Mas konti ang mga coconuttrees. Mas marami before the typhoon. But the tourists keep coming back fr the rstic provincial beauty of Siargao. Sa bridge ano ba ang meron doon. Laging madaming tao.
We need more improvement in tourist destination like Siargao we should give priority for the safety of our visitors . By viewing the area people walking in a lane use by vehicles LGU's should provide pedestrian lane considering that most of the Tourist keep on walking along the street. Speed limit for vehicles passing populated areas.
Nung nagpunta kami dyan parang nasa Bali o Phuket kami , mas madami kasi ang mga foreigners compared to local tourist. Relaxing yung vibes ng Siargao compared to Boracay and Bohol , mababait pa yung mga residente dyan.
Wag kayong matuwa na puro foreigners kasi ibig sabihin nun tayong pilipino hindi natin maenjoy ang Siargao kasi puro banyaga. Aakalain mong naligaw ka akala mo Europe eh. Puro mga European at Amerikano.
We hope someday there will be more Philippine Coast Guard and Philippine Navy stations in Siargao Island to safeguard the environment and help keep order and security.

Dapat lagyan sidewalk para dun maglalakad ang mga tao. Kasi parang nakaka stress tingnan naghahalo yong mga naglalakad, mga motor, mga nag skateboarding, mga kotse at mga tricycles. 😅 Pero maganda ang lugar in fairness.

As always Philippine Streets Lacks Proper Spacing. Very Small Sidewalks in other areas theres no Sidewalks at all, No Proper Zoning.
They build a Bridge with No Pedestrian Walk Way. . . So people are Walking on the Streets with the Vehicles. . . Poor Planning.

Eventually Siargao in the Future will have Congested Roads due to Narrow Roads
and in other Areas No Potential for Road Widening.
Mistakes repeated Over and Over again in Philippine Towns and Cities.

Dito kasi talaga pinaka foreigner friendly na island. Masarap din food dyan eh. Tsaka ang ikinaganda sa Siargao, ramdam mo ang Island life kumpara sa ibang famous beaches and islands sa Pinas na halatang commercialized. Sobrang chill lang dyan tsaka bihira ang maangas na turista kasi at home sila sa Siargao.

Wow that's a bit much for my liking but I am glad the Philippines people are earning money from tourism. However like many places that tourism thrives the liveability for the locals gets harder as prices of rent skyrocket and push out locals in place of apartments and condos.

With all the tourist money they get,the local government ought to build proper sidewalks for foot traffic,just imagine people walking on the side of the road, while motorcycles and vehicles trying to avoid them.
Agree to this need to talk to the barangay kapitan in order to do action with this problem as soon as possible
Different lifestyle and culture. That's the problem with tourists, they expect things to the way they live.
@CenterPorchNP you do realize that folks are walking out in the road and that can present a dangerous situation and with all the money the Government gets from tourism, what's wrong with a sidewalk?
@@CenterPorchNPI mean you did see those cars and motorcycles on the road while people were walking in the road?
@@CenterPorchNPit might be a different lifestyle and culture. But you would think that the Government would do everything possible to keep those tourists safe as they do bring in money to those beach areas. Just remember one thing. Tourism is apart of the service industry and as you're apart of the service industry. Your job is to make sure that tourists are safe.
