Thanks chief. I did that to my 19/5. Replaced the guide rod with single rod and having the options now to replace the springs (11, 12, 13…lb) for my liking. Thanks
I slapped a Gen 3 Dagger RMR Complete Upper on my G19X. Cheaper to just buy a complete SW4 GatorMouth Cut, threaded barrel, Cerakoted, Suppressor Sights, upper than sending my stock upper off to have milled or ruined. I run a 15lb in her without any issues. I also put a Gen 3 slide lock in the G19X Lower & the Strike Industries G-SAP gap adapter.
Thank you Lenny. I had a lot of (?)s with my Gen5 G23 that came with a 20lbs guide rod assembly, and if I could reduce that spring. Now knowing that the Gen5 G17 and G22 are in a class of barrel all to their own. Solved a lot of my questions esp. using a Gen3 tuned single spring assembly. Thank you again.
The difference between the gen4 & gen5 mags is not just the follower. My G20 Gen5 mag floorplate has an extended forward lip that fits the cutout of the Gen 5 frame. X-GRIP (for my G29 Gen4) mag adapters do not work with Gen5 mags.
one of reasons i prefer gen 3 glocks over all others. the parts interchangeability is insane, especially since the patent expired, you can switch parts between many different manufacturers even, like PSA dagger and poly 80. plus i have 24 centimeter paws, the finger grooves make it WAY easier to grip for large hands.
What's the best spring for G19 (gen3)? Currently running factory spring but I added after market slide and rmr. I've heard don't go below 15lbs because it won't cycle.
Will a Gen 5 Glock 23 guide rod work in a Gen5 Glock 19 ? Should I use a higher grain round or will target rounds (115) work ok in my Gen5 Glock 19 with the Glock 23 guide rod? I'm looking into a softer recoil. Thanks for your comments
Ok, but what about the G20 Gen5??? I want to purchase one of your tungsten guide rods for this model, but you don’t have them???? Or upgraded triggers as well????
Merci , JP.
Gen3 is bullet proof gun👍than gen4gen5🤡prone to breakage of slide ring tip😭and the inner frame always scratch because of the metal dual spring guide rod😭.tca boss🙏😎✌️
No one wants to admit it but the most important component in a successful business is luck. Not financing. Not marketing. Not Experience but plane old luck.
This video demonstrates in why I have for years avoided Glocks... The continuing gens 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 & so on... The confusing never ending internal parts that you must be aware of is simply BS!!!... Obviously they never heard of - keep it simple stupid...I believe in why they intentionally do this over the years to keep it complacated is simply More Money that the victims need to continue to keep buying... 😤🙄🙄
Is there ever going to be an occasion when you actually speak DIRECTLY to the title topic without meandering around dozens of irrelevancies? My time, undoubtedly, bills at more per hour than yours. Respect my time. Respect your viewers. The perfect video would be identical caliber Gen 3, 4 and 5 slides and rods, a micrometer, and a spreadsheet of comparing dimensions and spring rates. There. Done. Useful and on topic. How hard is it to stick to the topic??

Looking for help. I have a G47 Gen 5. I purchased a Gen 5 Complete Gen2 Pyramid Trigger and installed in my Glock. It will not fire and I have to remove the firing pin in order to separate the slide from the frame each time I cock and try and fire the pistol. I have ask if I purchased the wrong trigger but was only told to send the trigger back. I received a RMA and sent trigger kit back. A week later the trigger was returned which was great and the paper said that the trigger had been repaired. Very happy camper! Until, I installed the trigger and I have the same problem i had when i returned it. Is this the wrong trigger for my G47 Gen 5 ? SKU: 1324-BLK/RED. COMPLETE GEN2 PYRAMID TRIGGER FOR 9MM/.40 S&W GEN 5 GLOCKS.
This allows you to customize your spring weight way easier. What do you think?

To my knowledge 16lb is the factory Glock OEM wt. I'd think a 17lb might help with extended .357sig use.
I love it! But just to clarify, ist the “Slide Release” aka “Slide Catch” since it catches the slide once its empty?

Badass Len. Keep the innovations coming.
Glock should just hire you for their idea and development department 😂. At this point, Lenny, you are Glock 🤣🤷🏼♂️
I thank you for this because I just found out that the glock I was sold from a store as a gen 4 is a gen 3
I just put this in my gen 5 g45. Shooting it tomorrow to test it. I shoot a lighter load and it wasn’t cycling. So we will see.
How did it shoot ?
@@jtbuck8558 not good. Didn’t cycle. Put the factory spring in and switched to factory ammo. All good.

The one thing I would love is for a company to release a decent steel frame for glock slides that is easy to get.
So with this can you now put a Gen 5 slide on a Gen 3 frame?
Love the finger grooves

sooo i have a gen 3 glock 30 upper, will i be able to use that with a gen 4 frame?
Can I replace my single spring guide rod on my Glock 19 Gen 3 with a dual spring guide rod??
Awesome video! Just ordered a tungsten guide ride!
Any chance you will start making the Pyramid Trigger for the 30S?
Have you a recoil spring for Glock 28 oct. 2019?
Can you give us a threaded or ported barrel for gen 5 g23?!!!!! We’re all waiting!!!
I’ve got a 43x mos. What would be a good spring/guide rod for less recoil ?
I thought the whole point of the dual spring was to reduce recoil ?
Do you have the stainless steel recoil spring for the glock 21 gen 5 ?
So I cannot put gen 5 slide to gen 3😅
The Glock 26 gen 3 has a duel spring guide rod.
Innovations, gotta love that!
Can you make a video on switching the mag release button on Gen 4 as you mentioned it can be done.
Already done!

@@glockstore Thanks. Always appreciate the videos/info.
I'm a gen 3 guy. Simply like a Glock should be
same. best glock. the simplicity of the first and 2nd gen with a few modernized touches and reliability improvements.
Do you have something available for the G21 gen 5 ,or a stainless duel guide rod for the G21 gen 5 ?
Not yet, it's is currently in the works since they changed up the design of those barrels lugs. Good question!
You have tungsten gen 5 will those fit in the G21 gen 5 ? The spring weight isn't shown will the send the appropriate weight?
No, due to different dimensions.
Do you have an idea when you will have these items for G21 gen 5 including the conversion barrel to 10mm?
Lenny are there any changes coming on the Glock 40? 10 mm auto.
Out of every glock model and gen. Which is the most popular with customers.
I would like to see Glock & Beretta collab haha
So can you now fit a gen 4 slide on a gen 3 ?
Basically thats what i was hoping to hear

What tf are you even talking about
Thanks
Gen 5 9mm barrels are basically just g19 barrels in different barrel lengths
If you run a lighter spring your gun will wear down faster if you shoot a lot.
OK Folks.......flash quiz time !!!!
Why they not the Glock made a ambidextrous mag release so no need to switch back and forth
Glock Generation Puzzle..... :D
I tried all these combinations and i now have a gun that shoots 50 BMG!

Are you serious? its a guide rod it has nothing to do with aiming the gun.... maybe stay away from guns if your dont know anything about them 😂
Just an anti Glock guy.
Furthermore, I noticed no significant difference with this piece of garbage over the factory guide rod, other than dangerous unreliability.
