2mrw i have a blood test for lead poisoning. I was joyfully consuming 1Tablespoon plus 1/2 tsp ea. ginger & Cardamom with my oatmeal and nuts most days. Now many brands of Cinnamon have been recalled due to unsafe levels of lead. 😢 i love Cinnamon
