I take cinnamon and cardamon in my tea and Coffee. I eat my oatmeal with two teaspoons of cinnamon with a tablespoon of chiaseed. In the afternoon I drink a ginger/cinnamon tea or ginger/turmeric/cardamon tea brewd from fresh ingredients. I started with this regime a few years a go when my ldl was high. I made some dietary adjustments(less sugar and I only use first class olive oil when cooking)and went for a walk every day. Within 9 months my cholesterol was normal and stil is. I feel good, and I don't gain weight my bmi is 21. I'm 65 but look younger.

I have incorporated it cinnamon into my diet for several years now I will not eat a banana unless I sprinkle a little bit of cinnamon on it cinnamon has helped me lose over 60 lb in the last 5 months but you have to incorporate healthy eating dieting and exercising your weight loss go just don't pop up out of nowhere you have to do the footwork.. Cinnamon is absolutely amazing and I have fresh organic salon cinnamon from a farmer's market once a month.. Absolutely amazing I do not buy store-bought cinnamon 😁 Thank you for your video

I'm 73 and I can say with confidence that cinnamon works very well in controlling typical aged pain in joints like hips and elbows. In fact I'm convinced my overall health is good because of cinnamon as I use nothing else. Not do I have a need for any type of painkiller.
