front drive axle is angled left, right side is in front of left side, get a three axle alignment, get all the valve covers off and check for a missing foot on a rocker arm, i could hear the tick on the cold start, if you cant find the tick it will show up eventually, your filter element needs to be a 25 micron, if your fifth wheel is dry that will also cause tire wear (your video shows a extremely dry one), a skill saw is the best way to cut mudflaps, that back is just a cover the new ones are welded on, if your doing the thru shaft it all comes out the rear, pulling the front out will just be only useless, to remove the thru shaft, remove the ujoint move the driveline to the side, remove the bolts, allen head?, on that one it should remove as a unit, if you have a vise you can remove the yoke nut that way, if you have no vise remove the nut before you remove it, just use the caps you need on the old ujoint, do not remove the cover bolts, if you still have movement in the front side you can remove the front section only no need to remove the diff section, use a muffler cutter in a air hammer to remove flex pipe, watch the angle or you will cut the pipe.
Have an over head done , may find an issue with a rocker … front drive axle has right side more forward than the left , hence wear on outside right and inside left. It’s trying to steer left.
We had similar issues on our FLD120Condo. we had a complete alignment front and rear and did shocks and the tire wear returned to normal. It was surprising how much a shim or two made a difference. We pulled a tanker all over ks, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Texas and so forth. The driver told me today that the truck we called whitey was his favorite. 12.7 Detroit and 10 speed!
Hello, maybe some vibration is your front tires might need to be balance, and do you have a stethoscope you could listen closer to your engine for the noises to see if you could pinpoint them.🤠
@@JoshsTruckingadventures That’s strange. You would think with them being $780 a tire they would do better. I have pins and bushings for the front leaf spring and then I’ll get an alignment. I’m ganna throw some hankooks on the axle with the tire wear after that. We’ll see how my truck likes them
@ see if you can get a md alignment. They’re the best you can get. I think it’s bc the axle flex’s when you take off and turn. 6x2 have big issues with that before causing axle slip.
@truckingwithfitz3399 I had centramatic also. The fluid had leaked out of one, and I didn't know. I removed them and balanced the tires and the irregular wear evened out.
Check your king pins for this might be a reason for tyre wear just a thought 😊

Totally understand y pulling the jake under that underpass makes you smile..lol
Camshaft follower roller bushing worn ?
Starter dragging or batteries weak ?
Rear suspension bushings worn ?
Driveshaft yoke timing or driveshaft balance ?
Suspension ride height .

My xdn2 with Wylie wore like that. One lug was always higher than the next and I had no clue why.

I'd replace the exhaust manifold with a PDI manifold
As we;ve said before, start simple, work up.
Bushings probably worn. And the engine sounded like an exhaust leak by the manifold and the noise sounds like a valve tap
@@dougmcallister212 valve tap like it’s hitting the piston?
Timing gear may have a broken tooth.
Have you balanced your drive tires? I had similar irregular wear, and having them balanced solved it.
@@michaelkelley1626 I havnt had them balanced but I do have centramatic wheel balancers

Bauer Built told me not to run the XDN2 over 90psi or they wear funny.
@@frank567-d3z Interesting. I’ll have to try it
