Man this thing gave me trouble, for anyone still trying here are some tips. The black plate on the rear of the slide is on there good, it wants to be removed directly downward in relation to the slide, not back or forth at all. and it took some leverage for me, i was worried it would brake it so be careful but firm. I scratched the hell out of mine and thought I broke it when that rear plate finally let go and flew off the gun. I crammed a flat head in the gap between the plate and the slide and wedged, I did this at the 12 o'clock (top) position when it finally let go. I think a pair of pliers can squeeze the latch inside the slide but I cant find the 7 pairs I own so I made it work with a flat head. the black takedown latch that is in front of the trigger is also stiff, I found it helpful to pull the trigger slightly to get it out of the way, not enough to release (fire) the air cylinder but enough to get it out of the way, then i used a flat head to pry one side at a time then both moved downward together and I could continue as in the vid.
I have the walther P99C spring pistol. It is very very old and its still firing. It was made from Umarex and What I did modify the parts to be more durable. The part to reinforce is the takedown latch. I also want to say the takedown to this spring pistol is very realistic to the real steel counterpart. Take the lever down and slide comes off.
Bro, how? My side tabs refuse to come undone. It's on there really good, won't move at all; and I know I have the same airsoft PPQ you showed in the video.
Don’t know if y’all got it or not but you kinda have to break the little black part on one side to get it to come out. But it will clip right back into place. Once I did that I let the slide go, pulled the trigger, and I had to pry the top of the black thing, that you have to slide down, outward and down, then hold it while prying the other sides from the top and down. As soon as that piece starts downward your slide will want to spring across the room so be ready for that. Hope this helps.
I have a small "light-weight" spring that flew out when disassembling and I cannot figure out where it goes. Thinking it has something to do with the trigger. Wish I could insert a picture or email you a picture
On mine I had to snap the edge of one side (right side when looking from a shooters pov) from the slide. The other side was already detached. And when I went to put it back it snapped right into place and I had no issues with it when I fired it afterwards.
That little piece at the back breaks SO easily. In fact it's broken in this video if you look closely. There's a tab at the top of it that is missing. The profit margin on these must be insane. They're built so cheaply, even relative to their $20-30 price.
Thanks for sharing. My son dropped his. I was hopeful someone had a video. I got it reassembled with no issues! Great video!
same here
I was looking for this video thank you.
No problem! Glad I could help

Ey, thanks for the idea! I was worried mine was a defect and was glued together or sun😅
Bro I still can’t get it off

Bro your a life saver I olmost forgot how to repair my airport gun
Mine literally exploded, thanks for the help!
Frrr
I just wish they made a version with a stronger slide and frame so it would last longer
I was wondering if the threaded tip barrel and standard are interchangeable
Mine jamed and literally shot out all its parts. Thank you 😁
I can't put the black upper part back on the gun
Thank you so much I almost wasn’t able to fix my gun
Thank you so much, and is there any way I could remove the orange tip when dissembling it?
Mine is new and the bbs roll out of the barrel
Ur my savior bro thanks
What if the black party on the top back won’t come off
Get a pair of pliers and fuck with it. That's what I had to do
You have to pull the trigger while pushing it forward
@@dale4939t still won't work
Mine broke off when I pulled it but it seems to work fine now
worked, pretty sure the backplate was held in with a screw but I just ripped it off lmao
I can't pull the slide back on
How do I take the slide off if the trigger is fudged up
This is the exact one that I have

Just wait for it to break itself😂
I’ve shot it probably 50 times and it just broke

Um same. Help plz
how did you take the slide off?
This will not work. My gun keeps popping apart every time I shoot it.
Warning, this gun was not meant for assembling unless you’re very very careful
Do u need the back latch to the gun to actually work?
no
theres no fucking way i swear i gotta have a different model
How tf does the piece above the trigger come off? I cant get it to move
@@Osmium38 lol I ended up taking it apart for the thing above the trigger I grabbed a screwdriver and walked at it from above
@JDARTS some parts are

@@Real__ATFhey how did you do it idk how to remove mine

Trying to take out the clip out my ppq
BRO THANKSSSSSS
Hey! Do you know how to reattach the springs on the trigger hammer?? I took apart and the springs just came off.. first time super knew to air soft
I have that same problem any way on a fix?
Not that I know of. Sorry once I have time I might do a full take apart and put back together
Same issue, have you figured it out yet?
I can't get the little thing in the back off
It isnt suposed to come off (it is made on) but if you use plyers u should be able to pull it off
Do you know what that spring that's on that mettel peace that you put through that hole called because I lost that spring
Sorry I do not. I would suggest just getting a new one at Academy for $40
Ok I appreciate it
Oh yeah, if you take the orange tip off you could get in trouble or worse...shot
What if the back black thing wont come off

This is airgun,not airsoft.
Air guns have pellets. Air soft fires plastic bbs
How do you think Airsoft gun works
