Nice video! Quick question: I've seen some rides that says "closed* on the map. Does that mean that they are literally closed for the moment? Compared to other ones, others don't say anything and some says opens at 9am....🤷

Hi, if a ride says "closed" it usually just means its temporarily down!

Question? We are planning on coming in September 2023. If you have the app on your phone and want to use it for mobile food ordering , can you also, in addition to your credit card can you load a universal gift card that can be used for food?

Yes you can mobile order food on the Universal app as well as add a gift card

Should I use the same physical ticket for the next few days at another Universal park?
Can I go to the Will Call Kiosk and get the physical ticket one day before entering the park?

Yes, use the same valid ticket each day of your stay. You can pick it up the day before. They open at 7 am!

I've only ever mobile ordered once. It was the pizza place in City Walk. Most frustrating experience ever. Been in the hot sun all day with two tired kids. Everyone is starving. Estimated 15 minute wait. After 40 minutes the app still said that my order was still not ready. Frustrated I waited in the line I was trying to avoid in the first place only to be told that my order had been ready for 30 minutes. They handed me cold pizza, never apologized or tried to make things right. Just told me the app didn't work correctly all the time. Based on my experience I cannot recommend mobile ordering or the Red Brick Pizza or whatever the name is.

My Chatbot experience was very poor - could not answer my questions (answered questions i had not asked) and when i tried wording my questions differently, it told me to look on the app. 🙄
