- It's time to set your intention on being crystal clear with quartz crystal healing. Heather Askinosie is sharing her favorite ways to work with clear quartz crystal. Just like each intention, each clear quartz crystal is unique. Working with clear quartz has never been easier. You can place a tumbled stone in your pocket, write an intention on a piece of paper and place your clear quartz crystal point on top, or even wear something as simple as a clear quartz crystal jewelry piece.
One of Heather’s favorite things to do when she needs a little extra help getting clear, is to place a clear quartz tumbled stone in a homemade salt scrub. All you need is a mason jar or container, sea salt, lavender essential oil, and one clear quartz tumbled stone. Don’t forget to set an intention for your clear quartz tumbled stone! Mix all the ingredients together and let your scrub sit overnight. The next day when you go to use your scrub, remove the clear quartz crystal from the jar and use your clarifying scrub.

Quartz crystal i find to be far more about energy and amplification then they are about clarity. For me its like plugging into a power socket. Now its true this additional energy does have a tendency to raise and release impurities .... but for most people that often doesn't leave you feeling clear in the short term. It puts you in a purging state where the imperfections come to the surface to be cleared. I find I almost always have to use Clear quartz with other crystals so the energy isn't over whelming.
I find Selenite to be much more about instant clarity because it is such a protective and reflective energy. It blocks out the noise.

I am using crystal’s this week for the first time... I learned from your site how to properly use them, how to ask and manifest my intentions. I’ve been in a state of confusion for at least a year with regards to my future path, so I sat and made my intentions with various crystals (including quartz) Monday night. Last night I sat straight up in bed with a complete and crystal clear plan to move forward without any negative side effects or obstacles...none. I spent the entire night, wide awake, in a state of amazement, joy, relief and gratefulness. I am dumbfounded that it seems so simple and an option for a awhile, yet I did not have the clarity to see it, I’ve been oblivious. I will never stop with my grounding, crystal and chakra work, ever! I fell inlove with quartz crystal! Once a week i go swimming on beach and soak myself with its natural salt. I am a piscean sun sign and a gemini asc with moon in scorpio which i find joy in water.
I bet you wouldn't believe that I have been really putting a lot out to the universe lately, that consists of my physical healing, and a big upcoming move, after living in the same place for 21 years. Today, I took my dog for a walk, on my city street in Los Angeles, and about 5 buildings down there was a "large" piece of quartz crystal lying in the grass!! I was walking, and talking with a man who lives in the neighborhood, and it literally stopped me in my tracks! I knealed down, and picked it up, and wow the energy was unbelievable! It melted in my hand, and felt fantastic! This piece is almost 8 1/2 inches long, and almost 2 1/2 inches wide... I know that it was meant for me, but wow, I have to wonder where it came from, just lying in a sea of green grass. My neighbor literally said, I would've never thought twice, in picking it up, would've just walked on by. I said, I'm sure, that's because it was meant to be mine. I have recently wrote down quotes to manifest, and put them in my home to see... "The Power that made the body, can heal the body", and " Tonic thoughts produce tonic chemicals, Toxic thoughts produce, Toxic chemicals". I have been putting them out to the universe, working on healing my injured body, and getting clear intentions on my upcoming move. I brought home the crystal, and put it directly on my window sill for cleansing in the sun, and still need to sage tmw, but the energy in this crystal feels already so clear, and powerful, directed towards me, I'm truly amazed! My gift from the Universe today 😊 I am Blessed, and Grateful!

I use iron out to cleanse my crystals and make it pure and holy and then I hold it and I make it my all powerful slave and I’m it’s master. After 2 years of practicing I finally mastered the art and now I can destroy the universe with the stones

Hi my son accidentally toppled over my clear quartz and the tip of it has chipped do you think it's a good idea to glue it back ? Can I still work with it?
Hi Tania! Great question, you can still work with your clear quartz, but highly recommend you do not glue it back together. When our crystals break we like to put them in potted plants or a garden.
I'm a bit confused by all of this, I heard a lot over the years about Crystals for energy, healing, religion and All that. But how can a person use this for their every day life? I got a quartz Crystal the size of my fist, but it is in my rock and mineral collection with other types of Crystals just for show and I watch here of other applications, Strange!
Hi Dragdragon! We love using our crystals as tools for what you want to work on, if there is anything you want to work on in your life. The crystal, once you give it a job by setting an intention, will act as a reminder for you to find clarity or whatever the intention is that you set. not helpful. Lasted 1-2 minutes. Looking at crystal , you can tell what it is. What it means. I was hoping (off the bat) for : differences in clarity vs cloudy crystals. I have a clear one (totally clear) from a Saint in India. It is so powerful I can only hold it for 2 minutes, tops! so much energy coming out of it. Its 3 inches long, pointed. Anyhow, this seems too scattered for me. If anyone has link to explain powers, uses of pointed one, kindly let me know. blessings.
They can be powerful and amplify whatever it is that’s under the surface so maybe cleanse them before use also having other crystals can help level out the intensity
