Hang in there, my friend! I hope you have folks in your corner, but if you ever need to chat, feel free to email. My address is in the desciption. Sometimes it can be helpful to talk to someone outside your social-family circle. Sending you strength and many positive vibes, my friend!!!
Amazing, my friend! That is quite the run! My oldest is the Future Lute which was originally a 1993 Peavey Predator strat. It is now 31 years old and looks quite different than it did originally! XD A happy 2025 to you as well, my friend!!!!
Dude,I can only prey that oneday I will be able to play that good as half as you do. Watching your stuff being high inspired me to play, learn and observe music and guitar(even thinking about becoming a luthier......). Just wanted to say thank you.
Time, dedication, and support will get you there, my friend!! I think the first two are mostly down to you, but I can help you with the third one! I have been playing 31 years now and have benefitted from all the support I've received from over the years! You can do it, my friend! Sending you strength on your guitar journey!!
@cyruspireh Thank you for suggesting, but I can only imagine how many people texts in the comments and your email. Wondering how you find time on this kind of stuff so I just don't want to neither bother nor annoy you with this kind of stuff heh. Thank you for your work and dedication into guitar, this channel and inspiring young folks like me!
@@KarolKosinski-tf9ib Excellent question, my friend! In this moment, I am spending hours a day infront of a computer for work $. Chatting with you and other folks about guitar saves my brain! There are sometimes when I tell myself I want to take some time and make a good response to an email and then my response rate slows down a bit, but I do dedicate some time each day to correspondence so I do keep up with it for the most part. Please don't feel like you're a bother! I'd be psyched to talk guitar!
The playing being finger picked adds an almost asmr type quality I don’t think one could get from a plastic guitar pick, the dynamics and whatnot. The timbre of an instrument is as important as the notes to me. I feel a TC Electronic Mimiq Doubler Pedal would be good for this style. It delays one side that can be sent into a different amp and randomizes how much it’s delayed to mimic a second guitar player. It would be a way to have a stereo sound while being mono. In this video it does sound like it’s panned hard left and hard right like it’s two mics.
Exactly, my friend! I am for sure hard panning the two signals. The right side is the direct signal from the 4GRE Amp and the left side is a close mic on the Ampeg 810 speaker cabinet. I have separate limiters on each and their different attack rate causes the sound to appear to dance between the two channels. Thank you for recommending the TC Electronic pedal. I will check it out! Thank you for listening, my friend!!!
@@cyruspirehthe subtle differences between the two mics is awesome. Not many people can make one electric guitar by it’s self sound musical like yourself.
Beautiful sounds for a new year boy like me thank you. ❓️❓️❓️ future title idea "should the stratocaster fart may I bear a clothes pin to close off my nostrils as I listen intently". TY Cyrus and Happy New Year sir.😁
A Happy 2025 to all!!
Times have been hard Cyrus. Thanks for your beautiful playing
