I bought a pair of benzien shinki horsehide boots similar to these. the leather is super thin, to a point where you can see the leather lining on the tongue after 2 wears. Is that with every boot ? Granted I was comparing with iron rangers . What is your opinion on it? Is shinki normally quite thin?

That's black chromexcel? Maybe it's the lighting, but it looks more like a dark brown...
