That "What is my name" talk is so important to the type of character each of th Royal Guards are. One wanting the King to be happy and do as his emotions desire, Pitou. One that is more submissive in nature and doesn't find himself worthy of giving such a name, Yopi. And one attached to the idea of a King the title, rather than caring for the person, Pouf. God I love that convo so much, it's so simple in nature.
I love Meruem realizing certain things about his actions, but doubling down on the lie he's been raised to believe, but then when push comes to shove, he's all talk.
The Queen said the King was born prematurely. My guess to why they even bother showing us that is because the ant side of the King is less dominant. That is why he is so conflicted.
Would it though? Him being born afterwards would mean absorbing more powerful humans, More nen, means stronger mind as well. I think that scene was to ask to make the answer to that question more vague

King was automatic when it came to the bird.

Fun fact: The Japanese word “komugi” means “wheat” in English.
Now that's why she have such hairstyle 😂😂😂
Komugi's true power isn't in gungi but in cuteness!
Pouf is so extra and I'm so here for it
And so continues Meruems story. One of the greatest character development arcs in all anime in my opinion. ❤
