I haven’t read this yet but I’m going to now! I particularly like the difference between inner purpose and outer purpose! I think I’m going switch my focus a little from outer to inner!! Great overview thanks Paul 😀

I read somewhere yesterday that life is a series of moments. Very deep. I love that micro way of looking at the world. We can spend too much time with our heads in the 'big stuff'! Thanks for your comment George. Paul

If you're living in the past - you're depressed. If you're in the future - you're worried. There's a lot to that here and now thing!

Thanks for your comment Nempie. The most profound things in life are the most simple things, aren't they? There is absolutely nothing wrong with this moment, right now! How could there be? Another expression I came across which I liked was: 'there is absolutely nothing wrong with this moment... until we think...' Best wishes, Paul

The book seems to encourage readers to live and always be POSITIVE in life by controlling their thoughts and emotions. It is a very interesting book to read.
