Thoughts on Blast Nullification on ULTRA SSJ4 Gogeta's Blue card. There's a major tech that can be combined with the Counter since it locks in. It allows you to get a guaranteed Rush or Ultimate off to take out the enemy. No mention of it so I was curious. If you don't know about it, that's cool & the tier list is a good one.
Glad to see someone sane enough to not put FSV below FGB. We all know that Assault Chain got some huge value, but FSV's Rush is still a Winning mechanic compared to Assault Chain.
Thing is, this wasn't an unfortunate thing that just happened to turn out this way. Even without Gogeta being PUR, the fact that they dropped Godku next to Gohan made pulling for Godku a mistake even on his first day. Which is so sad considering I've been waiting for that unit for years only for them to fumble both his performance and his animations by not including ssj in any way

Nah every points goresh made about assault chain is still true. Honestly gogeta isn't going up on the list because of his chain maybe up got him up one placement but it's mostly because G4 is made to preform TEN TIMES better against ui then Gogeta and gogeta moved up because the only other viable yel character (ui) got put down gogeta would be forced up just because gogeta himself is yellow.
Assault chain still has it's flaws, goresh never said it's completely useless. Gogeta just gained value because there's 2 dominant purples in the meta rn

Absolutely love this top 10 unit by Goresh plus he also gave us strategies to use these characters at various different circumstances to benefit our gameplay
unrelated to the video but after getting shafted all anniversary i manage to get up to 3k chrono crystal for one last rotation on the ultra ssj4 gogeta banner and by god i must have been blessed by toshi himself, i got the bardock animation BACK TO BACK, TWO GOGETAS IN A ROW, and also this is the first time i pulled more than one of the ultra, every other ultra i ever pulled is still at 5 stars cause i never summoned on the re-release banners so it would be gun to see ssj4 gogeta as the only not 5 stars ultra i have.
The triple fusion team is good, but it’s very susceptible to a UG4 ult and FSV’s rising rush (fight fire with fire). Which is why UGF is still good since it won’t activate their anti-revive (because it’s comeback) and he won’t die. In the end, UG4 and FSV guarantee you two kills for free most of the time and their colors help each other (especially for FSV)
It sucks how much better UltHan is for no reason GodKu's peak damage (190. 110 at Base & gets 80 more on first entry) UltHan's damage (220! 110 at base & 110 on Entry, ON TOP of getting more damage when his gauge maxes out!)

Pop the main (the extra charge rate he gets on entry affects the main Ability too) to get to full gauge again 3. Use another card to pop it again That alone gives you 140% extra damage (which can't be cancelled btw) along with uncancellable type neutrality.
one thing that isnt mentioned is that if u have ug4s counter available, and ultra omen is comboing ur character, switching into ug4 will ignore ultra omens lock in and activate the counter gauge
being in the top 10 is amazing. the top 10 best characters in the entire game is impressive and ultra gohan having tons of purples around and still being top 10 is impressive
the zenkais for CMZ and Kid Buu are honestly some of the biggest dubs to come from this anniversary. I wont deem LL zenkais completely f2p friendly but like getting 2 SOLID units that most players have high stars on because they have been out for like 3 to 4 years, is a massive win for 90% of active players. Huge dub of a anniversary just a shame we didn't get zenkai gb

The thing I would do when running fusion warrior team is just makes SV fuse asap to get a guarantee kill, and before that if lucky enough I use UG4 ult to one shot anyone, that’s already 2 guarantee kill opportunities, last I would use GB assault chain to clean up the mess cuz the assault chain became incredibly powerful when opponents only have 2 characters left
I ran that team and found them very rush prone. So instead I run Ultimate Gohan instead of Fusing Gogeta for the chance the live action Vegito rush/Gogeta Ultimate, the damage support, and the ultimate tech. You basically have 3 guaranteed kills with that team.

I think they should have given ssb gogeta in fused form the ability to gain one strike card for every 2 strikes used so during his assault chain if he has an entire hand of strikes he can get 6 attacks 3 cards give him 5 and 2 gives him 3. If they had don't that I think it would be perfectly fine or make assault mechanic trigger on the first strike or possibly even give him a guaranteed blue on his first successful assault chain and make it a lock in that also works with the assault chain.
Keep in mind that even tho gohan will remove gogetas buffs on ult gogeta will remove his healing so he will essentially be 1hp without being able to heal from a green or main
Irrigardless of any disagreements we could have on certain placements, I think overall one thing we can mostly agree on is that this is a pretty good meta Like, this is one of the first times in legends that so many teams and units have been viable at the same time, and the best unit in the game (which we all agree is UG4), isn't drastically gaping the game to the point where if you don't have him, you lose. One thing I could point to tho being an issue is that for some reason they continue to place the counter to the problem...on the same main team as the problem. Which unfortunately leads to a notable reduction of the creative fun of having such a diverse meta. I am so happy they made ULTRA Gogeta SS4 so good. He is my favorite ever. I played this game since day one and quit it just 7 months ago. When I knew he was released i downloaded the game, gathered some crystals and got 2 copies in my first multi!!
gohan dropping to number 9 is crazy. I fought last man standing gohan with me having godku and g4. g4 casually cover changed and counter gohan ultimate arts. then he opened ult, I casually bait it by using blue cards since it restore my vanish again
What I like to do is have Ultra Gogeta ult lf ultimate gohan, which then removes the buffs taking away his type advantage then swap to fusing gogeta blue who is now type advantage
This list makes perfect sense. Gogeta is just too oppresive and the threat of a green plus an Ult with little to no combo compensation is death. He's the sole reason UL Gohan dropped so much. However, I wouldnt be surprised to ser UL Gohan making an incredible comeback when G4 goes off Boost or gets yet another powerful YEL in the meta. I say this because while his mechanics are just amazing overall, they are not on the level of unfairness UL Gohan is. Endurance, anti armor blasts for the deck and comboable counters makes him much more Toxic to deal with. If by any chance hybrids get a new YEL over the next 2-3 months, doesnt even need to be better than G4 but on the same level as the current Anni meta, UL Gohan and Ult Gohan will be back to top 2-3 positions. EASILY.
Honestly I think if FGB had LF Vegito Blue’s strike card generation after using a strike, Assault Chain would be MILES better. He draws a random card when he uses a card and changes blasts to strikes when he lands a strike or blast (which is fine), but you lose card draw speed upon using Assault Chain. If he had the same strike card generation as LF VB his assault chain would have so much more value since you don’t only get 4-5 cards used
Fusing vegito goes type neutral offensively both pre and post fusion when the enemy switches characters so even if they switch to a green and guess your RR, it'll still KO
I miss OP zenkais, od you haven't had busted new characters at high stars, you could have at least 7 star old character that has become OP again, after they stopped doing that 95% of zenkais are useless or on some occasion good bench
Sometimes people take tier lists to serious. Just because someone is in a certain spot doesn't mean anything. Just have fun with the characters and use teams depending on your circumstances with your characters.
Definitely true. I still run godku and super vegeta despite the backlash. What matters is we’re having fun and using the units we want. It’s a shame the meta demands for people to use specific teams
I’ve gotten about 3 good snipes on Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta with my Ultra UI, 2 of which were one shots during early game. What I think is that he’s not a dangerous unit with all these counters unless you’re facing someone who knows what they’re doing.
I’ve had really great fortune as Kid Buu against Gogeta. Gogeta can’t combo off his counter and there’s a huge pause before he can attack. What I do is activate his counter as Buu after a vanish, and then by the time Gogeta blindly attacks, because Buu has great vanish recovery, I get it back, and perfect vanish him almost every time 😂 (I run him with Purple Cell and Super 17, it’s pretty fun)
I know G4 is toxic like Gohan but nowhere near his degree therefore I’m glad G4 is as toxic as he is. (Well not really 20k CC in and nothing this whole anni has been a shaft.😢😢😢)

I ran that team and found them very rush prone. So instead I run Ultimate Gohan instead of Fusing Gogeta for the chance the live action Vegito rush/Gogeta Ultimate, the damage support, and the ultimate tech. You basically have 3 guaranteed kills with that team.

From the 3* I would more likely make gogeta blue my last unit if I already used G4's ult and countsrs,gogeta blue is extremely good as a 1v3 rn

I think they should have given ssb gogeta in fused form the ability to gain one strike card for every 2 strikes used so during his assault chain if he has an entire hand of strikes he can get 6 attacks 3 cards give him 5 and 2 gives him 3. If they had don't that I think it would be perfectly fine or make assault mechanic trigger on the first strike or possibly even give him a guaranteed blue on his first successful assault chain and make it a lock in that also works with the assault chain.
Keep in mind that even tho gohan will remove gogetas buffs on ult gogeta will remove his healing so he will essentially be 1hp without being able to heal from a green or main
Godku having one of the biggest fall offs of the year wasnt on my bingo list this anniversary.
Irrigardless of any disagreements we could have on certain placements, I think overall one thing we can mostly agree on is that this is a pretty good meta
Like, this is one of the first times in legends that so many teams and units have been viable at the same time, and the best unit in the game (which we all agree is UG4), isn't drastically gaping the game to the point where if you don't have him, you lose.
One thing I could point to tho being an issue is that for some reason they continue to place the counter to the problem...on the same main team as the problem. Which unfortunately leads to a notable reduction of the creative fun of having such a diverse meta.

I am so happy they made ULTRA Gogeta SS4 so good. He is my favorite ever. I played this game since day one and quit it just 7 months ago. When I knew he was released i downloaded the game, gathered some crystals and got 2 copies in my first multi!!

What I like to do is have Ultra Gogeta ult lf ultimate gohan, which then removes the buffs taking away his type advantage then swap to fusing gogeta blue who is now type advantage

This list makes perfect sense. Gogeta is just too oppresive and the threat of a green plus an Ult with little to no combo compensation is death.
He's the sole reason UL Gohan dropped so much.
However, I wouldnt be surprised to ser UL Gohan making an incredible comeback when G4 goes off Boost or gets yet another powerful YEL in the meta.
I say this because while his mechanics are just amazing overall, they are not on the level of unfairness UL Gohan is. Endurance, anti armor blasts for the deck and comboable counters makes him much more Toxic to deal with. If by any chance hybrids get a new YEL over the next 2-3 months, doesnt even need to be better than G4 but on the same level as the current Anni meta, UL Gohan and Ult Gohan will be back to top 2-3 positions. EASILY.
Ultra Gohan will survive because he can still fight back. The matchup into gogeta 4 isn’t amazing but last man Gohan can smack him with an ultimate

Honestly I think if FGB had LF Vegito Blue’s strike card generation after using a strike, Assault Chain would be MILES better. He draws a random card when he uses a card and changes blasts to strikes when he lands a strike or blast (which is fine), but you lose card draw speed upon using Assault Chain. If he had the same strike card generation as LF VB his assault chain would have so much more value since you don’t only get 4-5 cards used
Assault chain should give you 2x card draw speed upon activation and it should activate from the FIRST card you press.

Fusing vegito goes type neutral offensively both pre and post fusion when the enemy switches characters so even if they switch to a green and guess your RR, it'll still KO

It's good to see a couple of Zenkai's on the list nowadays. Not too long ago the Zenkai units were never even close to making these lists, LF or not.
I miss OP zenkais, od you haven't had busted new characters at high stars, you could have at least 7 star old character that has become OP again, after they stopped doing that 95% of zenkais are useless or on some occasion good bench
Sometimes people take tier lists to serious. Just because someone is in a certain spot doesn't mean anything. Just have fun with the characters and use teams depending on your circumstances with your characters.
Definitely true. I still run godku and super vegeta despite the backlash. What matters is we’re having fun and using the units we want. It’s a shame the meta demands for people to use specific teams

I’ve gotten about 3 good snipes on Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta with my Ultra UI, 2 of which were one shots during early game. What I think is that he’s not a dangerous unit with all these counters unless you’re facing someone who knows what they’re doing.

I’ve had really great fortune as Kid Buu against Gogeta. Gogeta can’t combo off his counter and there’s a huge pause before he can attack. What I do is activate his counter as Buu after a vanish, and then by the time Gogeta blindly attacks, because Buu has great vanish recovery, I get it back, and perfect vanish him almost every time 😂
(I run him with Purple Cell and Super 17, it’s pretty fun)
