I set up my ronin rs. If i press the Power Button, the gimbal does not witch on? If i press the Button near the battery, the lights do not show that the battery is full? Not one light up? If i connect to usb-c ther is no blinking/ no reaction. Is the gimal defect?
The gimbal for the camera is very nice! The video is also very easy to watch. I love. I bought the DJI RSC 2. It's very easy to use. The video was fun! I will come to play again. With love from Japan :)
Hi, I have Panasonic G9 but i can not make conection (by cable from package - Micro USB - USB type C) with RSC2 and that make me nervos :) I need this conection for function like REC, Aperture, ISO... My Pany G9 have the latest firmware version (2.4), usb connection mode on the G9 is set to tethering, not storage - still not work. Do you have any ideea? Thanks
If the presenter is sitting on a desk, will the infrared sensor be confused and pick up the "distance" from the desk and not the presenter? I was wondering

Does anyone experience a little bit of inconsistency with the follow focus motor? Like a slight jitter? DJI QC is garbage and their window of return (15 days) is very short. Trying to see if I'm the only person who got shafted.

If the issue persists, please tell us more details including the mobile device, system version of the mobile device and a video of the issue for further confirmation. As per the info, Sony A6400 may not support RavenEye. it has the active track but you won't be able to use it unless you buy a raveneye which cost about 150 dollars

My Gimbal is connected to blue tooth but the app won't connect to the app......
