why? what does it change? Once vegeta drops vegeta, it's over for cell (a17 has a better mu but still difficult)

@@IlPrescelto92 True, but most of the ones on the field are 20k so one bean can stop a lot of attacks or they must commit to combos and together with cell jr bringing bean back you can keep going for sometime until you can either defeat the vegeta or their hand gets too small to keep up the pressure. It's still a bad match up, but you can at least struggle a bit less through the early/mid game.
