I love that everyone else gets nervous, thinking about potentials. Cimo over here is just getting drunk with power, realizing the banker is in his hands.
I legitimately don't think that offer can ever be topped, except by the #1 and #2 prizes being the last two. It just mathematically doesn't make sense for Gage to offer more than that for anything else.

Cimo is taking every opportunity to mentally damage Gage as much as possible
Absolutely down to the wire.
Also, it's worth pointing out that taking the deal doesn't automatically end the game. You can take the deal, then eliminate the rest of the boxes to see if it was worth it. After all but 2 boxes are eliminated, if the stakes are high enough (e.g. Starlight Charmer vs. empty sleeve), the banker can rescind their offer and give the player the Banker's Gamble.
Thats a terrible rule, it eliminates any reason to accept a deal before getting it down to two boxes. You either get better odds, and so a better deal, worse odds, and so you would have lost the deal, or similar odds, and the deal is the same. Why would you play like that?

The guy that won the raffle decided to sell the Charmer to Gage. Coder made a discord chat with them and was going to broker it after stream. So at the end of the day, Gage is still walking away with his Starlight Charmer.
What can't be bought whit money can be bought whit A LOT of money.
that is actually smart. the equivalent money of that charmer can mean more to the chatter than the charmer cardboard itself. & we know Gage really wants Wynn so he will take the offer. win for both.

Now, that's actually super cool of the guy. As entertaining as it was with Cimo pulling the craziest shit I've seen in a minute to fuck Gage over, him not getting the exact card he wanted in the hand picked deckbox at the very beginning... I felt that for Gage.
At the end, stellar episode, Cimo's out of the galaxy luck, super tight gambles AND Gage gets what he wanted. Fucking amazing.

Typically in base Deal or No Deal, the banker is in control and you never see them sweat.
HOWEVER!
Mr. Cimo with the Diamond Hands put Gage and War Rock Banking Inc on the backburner the whole way throughout, giving us all an experience with the game never seen before! Hilarious 😂
I was really rooting for Gage at the end there. He's been hopeful for that charmer and the show stopper couldn't let him have it 😂. Another amazing episode.

This was by far a insane episode. A roller-coaster. Like literally the empty sleeve was a bit nerve racking but my gosh how Cimo went protagonist for this one.

When I was a child I loved watching Deal or No Deal. Your series is amazing and this episode was incredible from top(loader) to bottom. Would have been even more incredible if Cimoooooooo managed to keep the empty sleeve on the board until the very end, but this was already funny as hell to watch Gage lose twice in a row in both ways : getting a deal but buying a toploader, and not getting a deal when the box contained the card he wanted the most. His pain is delicious.

This was my very first episode of "What's in the Box?" and it has me hooked!!! The problem is, for something unscripted, this was soooooooo good I feel any other episode I watch will be lack luster in comparison.

That last deal of gage was VERY low ballin because his offer ended up being $675 worth of subs. When the values left were $700 or $900 which means he still went outside the range when it’s should’ve been an obvious $800 ballpark. Gage trying to cheat the system a little lol.
Honestly, Gage just moved out and I'd bet anything that phonecall was him telling Alex he straight up can't afford to offer any higher. No shame in that.

Don't agree. If you are looking to resell the cards as an LGS, offering 60-70 % of the market price from 2nd hand is pretty unsurprising. They need to be able to make a profit, and buying cards at market value and reselling them for market value is not a profitable business. The charmers were for his collection, but the ghost ogres would be an investment. From that perspective, he offered above the price of 0.7*800=560, essentially overpaying for a playset of cards that he was looking to resell, or paying the end consumer market price for a card that he was looking to collect.
