    This is great content.
I'm 5 weeks out from a C 5-6-7 ACDF, and I'm really eager to start exercising again. I'm going to do these to start once I'm cleared.
    Thank you!

Really appreciate this video. Nicely done. Do you happen to have a video that is a follow-along for this? That would be great! Thanks for what you do. 🙏😊

I don’t do a lot of follow alongs any more due to the pain factor people are navigating. I prefer people to use the exercises and go at their own pace then try to keep up with me.

Hi Tammy! I'm in the process of deciding if I should have a T10-S1 fusion to correct worsening scoliosis. What have you had fused so far? Has it helped you? I'd love to connect with you.

Sir, I have under gone Fusion Surgery l4,l5... I saw slight difference between two X-rays.. One on the discharge day from Hospital another after 3 months of gurgery. In the 1st. X-ray the cage was positioned well in the vertebra... And in recent one it is in the very end of the vertebra.. 1st. X-ray had taken in standing position... Recent on in laying ( left side ) position... Is it normal...? Or the surgery is going to be fail... Pls. Reply... I am very tensed about it.

Don’t rush it, but be sure you go physical therapy. I had to ask for it, so they may not say anything about it if you don’t ask.

CAUTION: these exercises may be dangerous, too many you-tubers to get a few pennies post unwanted information.
