What a wonderful program. I listen to this channel often. I am 66 years old and Swedish. I agree that here we don't brag about success and pay, but we live like most others in the neighborhood. I think that most people in Sweden do not work to earn big money, but we are content to live a good life and we love our free time. There we have summer cottages, caravans or motorhomes or boats that we spend time in. We renovate our own houses and grow in gardens. We have many leisure activities both indoors and outdoors that give life meaning. We sing in a choir and devoted ourselves to wellness. Our leisure time is the most important thing for many Swedes. Today I am entitled to a pension but I want to work a few more years because when I am completely healthy. As you said... It is in the mirror that you see your age, not in your mind. I feel young and energetic and I love life and I am very careful to eat a healthy low carb diet rich in animal proteins.

I love your description! I am English, aged 60, and feel lucky to be able to hold similar aims to yours. I am hoping that slowly the whole world is turning to aspiring to a happy, healthy life, not a wealthy life (which is often to the detriment of others). It is time we all cared for each other - we all live together on one planet.

I loved Sweden. We did a work exchange there 😊 we visited women's prison, and they came to the UK . I must say there was a vast difference, unlike uk prisons , there wasn't a lot of reoffending ❤

Not sure how, in all my years of absorbing as much wisdom as I could find, the Bruce Lipton only just came into my life recently...Now I can't get enough of him! He's up there with Carl Jung as one of my favourite teachers.

What a wonderful conversation! Thank you both. I have to be honest, I was not engaging at the beginning I felt that it was a little bit too much of "you are your past experiences and weather these were good or not this is your reality" and was getting to a point when I thought "ok fine where do I go with that, how do I move forward". I didn't give up, I kept listening as I was walking, then continued it when I was driving and in the kitchen whilst cooking and OMG!!! It got better and better fascinating. I would definitely recommend people to listen to. Thank you Rangan. ❤

You need to create a new road and start treading it and using it... for a better ride than that on the old road...The new road may be difficult dark snd unfamiliar, but will be a better direction to greater destination...
It is so easy to continue on a familiar route in life ... This is the reason change is so difficult for the human brain due to repetitive behaviours causing habitual actions.
    Another great pod cast ...thanks

    #1:44:15 into this talk..
Picking up on the negative energy in the room after an argument….
Human beings also give off hormones
Cortisol in the air although we may not smell it will indicate to our senses
    Through breathing it in,
    that there is negativity
it’s in that room physically as they perspire out naturally their hormones radiating
    That signal.
It’s physiology as well as mentally reading the room as we scan it with our eyes or feel things physically vibrationally.

It's always a pleasure to listen to Bruce Lipton.. However, I must confess that there's some confusion in here... Maybe...
It would be very interesting to hear and listen to Bruce Lipton talking to Dr Rangan about vaccination, children vaccination and covid vaccination in particular.
That would be a courageous and free broadcast.
Simply to my way of thinking... I may be wrong..

I love this stuff and have listened to Dr Bruce for some time. One thing I’d like him to clear up is this whole thing on genetics. According to him there are no specific genes ie. music gene. That person who inherited music as a gift got it from environmental conditioning’s. Well I know of people who have not had that experience but still got music abilities. How does he explain that.

People who were born in war countries or abusive parents responsible for their reality too? Their unconscious mind created life long before they had the ability to even think? Only privileged ones who hadn’t been through real hardships think they created their one reality they are not grateful enough to thank a higher power for putting them in place better than millions and millions of people who are struggling. I agree with Dr rangar tho you can control your response to the circumstances, I don’t agree much with the other Dr.

I have had a higher power, God, my whole life. It didn't help me. It added to my guilt, shame, and not being able to reach perfection. I left a higher power to work on self-love in my subconscious. After 4 years of work, I am finally starting to see perspective/automatic responses coming through. I still have a lot of reprogramming to work on. I will eventually return to a higher power (probably not organized religion) because I see evidence of it's existence in nature and in encouraging me to not give up at the age of 64. 1:06:53

I read Biology of Belief a few years ago and it helped a significant positive shift in my life and way of thinking. Thank you Bruce. However- I have had to stop listening to his interviews because although they are great, once you’ve listened to one there is no new insights (for me). He uses the same ‘Bill’ story, same ‘love’ story. Same delivery. It’s a shame.
