The fact that this lady only paid $400 for a head job on her vehicle speaks volumes: #1) She should not complain about the quality of service based on the price of repairs (normally at least a $1,000-2,000 job) & #2) You get what you pay for. My family mechanic is phenomenally priced & even he wouldn't go that low. That should've been the first red flag. Obviously, he knows some things about cars since his yard is filled with them but he's unprofessional.
