Hi Danni! I’m not a position to join this group right now but I want you to know that I very much appreciate all of your hard work in providing fun and informative videos! I’ve learned a lot over the years and have enjoyed your upbeat attitude and fun content. Your strength and positive attitude during difficult times is inspiring. Thank you for all you do!❤
@@susanhagen9505 I don’t know about the Sal but at GW the processors have a rate they have to keep up and I’m pretty sure it goes by how many things they price in an hour so if they price them individually, they make their quota rate
I used to work in a thrift store and sometimes the other employees would try to do that especially with signs that were a few pieces with different sayings but you could tell they belonged together and it used to anger me to my core!!! 😠😡
I LOVE your videos & shopping trips! We don't even have a Salvation Army near me, but yours is fantastic! You always find such beautiful & unique items! As always, I love the glass mushrooms (I think you put flowers in that hole & it's on the side so as to not hide the actual 🍄). Have a wonderful day, Danni 💕
Danni, I love the red polish on you! It makes your hands look young, and smooth, and really pretty. I like it better than the blue. Not that you asked........., but I have been thinking it for a while, and since you brought it up...........
Danni this was a great thrifting excursion. And you found some really great stuff. Congratulations and good for you. Can’t wait to see you again soon and see what you’re up to. I hope you had a great Christmas. Sending blessings, prayers, much love, and a great big hug.❤🙏
On the discounts...I'm in Northern Michigan, and the goodwill stores in my area, as well as in central Michigan have not had "color of the week discounts", or any other discounts that used to be "normal practice" since re-opening after COV*D..I have shopped a few in Saginaw/Bay City area also, and no discounts there either..Thankfully, the Salvation Army stores still do discounts here, Habitat for Humanity Re-stores here, I have never seen with any discounts either, however their pricing is much lower than the others mentioned..We do have a Volunteers of America Thrift store in Saginaw MI that I absolutely LOVE..they DO have discounts, (actually 3 discounts, one color is 25% off, another color is 50% off, and a third color is 75% off) all at the same time, every week..and their pricing is VERY FAIR..and as a SPECIAL BONUS,,the last Tuesday of the month everything in the store is 99 cents..helps to clear out older inventory and keep a good rotation of new things coming in..
Danni, for Christmas one of my gifts from hubby was a soft leather hand painted purse.. it has 2 beautiful parrots front and back. It’s so pretty name brand Anuschka.
As always Danni, thank you so much for letting me tag along with you whilst shopping today. I've thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. When you got to the gonks just after 40mins I got very excited and you didn't even look at them Danni!! 😂 I've got quite a collection of them in my lounge in various sizes but mostly pink ones. Thank you for your knowledge and entertainment Danni. 💗💗💗
I've gotta say, when you said,"It's broken. It's broken.", I heard Julia Roberts at the opera, opera glasses in hand. It made me smile. You found a lot of nice things and I loved the painted feather at the end.
I am still catching up on your past videos but couldn’t resist watching this newest one! I had never heard of a Tumble Up before. I am not sure I understand them. Does that make me clueless?
Its called Tumbler. Its used for bedside water..if you need a drink of water during the night. Also used for someone sick in bed to be brought into the room on a tray and Tumbler filled with water!
I am here visiting my son who lives in Susanville 1 hr and a half from Reno . On the 23rd and 24th of December they had everything at Goodwill for half off, also on Black Friday. I went on a rampage!! LOL If Goodwill changes their deals, I will be moving on
I know a couple of people who work for goodwill. They tell me sales have dropped drastically the last few yrs. Yet over seas sales have doubled. They sell to over sea vendors by the pound the stuff that doesn't sell. Especially shoes and clothes. There really are no discounts here anymore. And the prices have increased dramatically. Unfortunately, a lot of other thrift stores in the area kind of take their marching orders from. Goodwill. They all have eventually changed their policies to match them. I'm just going to wait for the garage sale season. Only 5 months to go. Lol
Vote with your pocket book ……. lol I love it !! 🤣🤣 When I was little apparently I couldn’t say pocket- book , I said kabacook . To this day , my family still calls it that ….. I am 60 ! 😂😂 Did some thrifting today , and came home tired . Put my feet up and watched your video . Fun day !!! ( Two of the closest Goodwills near me , often have bare shelves like that . Luckily , I have other options . 👍🏻👍🏻)
Loved those light animals on a glass shelf .and a small fake vine you set the animals on green foil looks like grass lite or not lite. Love your info and life story. Faith over fear
I loved those mugs with the ornaments on them. I’m surprised you didn’t buy them when you found out there were two. But I guess that’s why you make the videos and I sit here and enjoy them lol! YOU are the professional, not me. 😊
I have learned a lot from you. I found a Capodimonte Vase in the wild at a thrift store. I would never have looked at it if I did not watch you. Thank you.
The craft in boxes and the package you said had a lot of stuff is diamond art. You have diamond art painting kits there. Depending on the company, they can be very expensive. Artists don’t mind if some colours are missing because they usually have spares in their stash.
Sometimes it's fun to buy the stickers over the marks items. To myself I look at it like playing the lottery with the edge of education on your side of the bet. You know counting numbers which is not allowed by casinos. I don't have any problems with an educational twist to taking a chance. Much love and respect especially for keeping the turtle's in the race.
I love the 99 cent glasses the at salvation army. I bought two hand blown black glass champagne glasses and I sold them for fifty dollars but the fun thing is my friend has a buyer who paid her 99 dollars for them. Treasure hunting is the life for me. Happy hunting kiddo.
The price for the sprigs of flowers was ridiculous !! Have you found a frame yet for your bird picture?? Great buy on the bins! Wishing you a prosperous New Year‼️🍾🥂
I just noticed there is no mention of color tag sales or senior discounts for 2025 on the Goodwill website in Chicago. Not sure if they just haven't posted them or if they are going away. Savers is still mentioning its 50% Off every Monday and 30% Off Senior Discount every Tuesday.
Every so often. I remark. Mid indiana gw did away w sr discount, color tag half price week no 99 xent color on sunday any more. I think i ve only gone 3 x in a yr.

There is a glass right beside the tumble up that looks identical. Is it part of the set?
I think that piece was the real glass for the tumble=up, not the one with the "jewels" on it.
I still don’t understand why they sell things separately when they are together and you know they’re suppose to be sold together
Greedy is all it is

I just love shopping with you! You are such a real person and kind! Thank you for educating us!
I think those mushrooms are for rooting cuttings. Just snip a piece of ivy, fill mushroom with water and stick in there. Cute
On the blankets and such use your pool table to spread them on
Nowadays, thrift stores do not live up to their name!

Oh l thought the cow weather vane looked like a bear. lol😂 that door handle hook was real. And really old. NICE
You were at Salvation Army and passed up so many gems. I was saying, go back on top on the right!!!!! I am dying about what you passed up
❤❤ love this video! You found some really great items! Thanks for taking us along!
Put me in for one of the salt and pepper Mason jars!!!!
I wouldn’t call those margarita glasses I would call them Cosmo glasses or martini glasses
Thank you. I loved the red fingernails. That color really suits you. Have a happy new year!
Those little brown handless cups match my Mom’s teapot. I am 74 and I don’t ever remember her not having it. I will be on the lookout for some.
I am not sure any would agree with me, but I actually prefer the music you apply to the video more than what they are playing in the store.
Enjoyed the thrifting trip! Thanks for sharing!!
Your video was just what I needed. Having one of those days. Lots of pretty things!
Danni this was a great thrifting excursion. And you found some really great stuff. Congratulations and good for you. Can’t wait to see you again soon and see what you’re up to. I hope you had a great Christmas. Sending blessings, prayers, much love, and a great big hug.❤🙏
Great video love all u do ❤
That thing you called a hook is my style. I so would’ve picked that up for four dollars.

Love the little Mason jar S&Ps!
Great finds for resale and for you. 😊

Wishing you and your family a Happy New Year!🎉🎊
I love your red nails!! Keep us guessing and surprise us with a new color!
Love the shopping trip. I say pocketbook, too❤

I think the mushrooms are for plant cuttings.
You're killing me, leaving that beautiful etched dish. Oh, my heart LOL.
I've gotta say, when you said,"It's broken. It's broken.", I heard Julia Roberts at the opera, opera glasses in hand. It made me smile.
You found a lot of nice things and I loved the painted feather at the end.
Love the glass mushrooms and the elephants! Another fun and informative video - thanks for being so entertaining Danni 💙
The puppy love mug I believe is Heather Goldminc she is the artist that does blue sky pottery pieces
Your videos are like a nice bowl of homemade chicken noodle soup. Comforting and familiar 😊
❤ "I'm trying very hard not to connect with people right now." Fuuuunny. Made me lol. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Pitchfork guy
The unicorn book ends was a great deal really! At the ren fest they go for a lot!!the little brown pots look like they go with a larger bean pot
When turning the pieces over, don’t turn the piece over and back real fast. My elderly mom says it makes her dizzy. 5:04
I have a friend who does metal art, hes done pieces for libraries and other big buildings in cal and Washington, his name is Michael shone
Stay red you wear it well. I enjoyed the shopping tonight, looking forward to the next trip to goodwill.
Love the ashtray elephants
I love shopping salvation they have really good deals..
The mushrooms are for plant propagation.
Are sassy jazz players really figures for a 'fairy garden'?!!!!! 😉

Hi Dani ☺️👋 I love 💕 the glass mushrooms, I would have gotten them also 😅😅😅 I would put a flower 🌷 probably in mine 🎉😂😂😂❤❤❤❤
Maybe those lighted pieces go on a glass shelf? Only thing I could think of....

You might want to look up the definition of "rampage".

You made me chuckle with your bloated cow description of the weather vane 😁
Yaaaajjjjjj... Happy New Year 😃💥🎆🎉
I Believed you missed a Dooney & Bourke purse at the time stamp 36.34
What a blast thanks for sharing ❤California
Thanks Danni, I am grateful for the great content. ❤❤❤
Love your videos. Happy Sunday from Australia x
Great items!
Think that was a ..mushroom.. wreath? ❤❤❤your videos sweetie 😂
Loved those light animals on a glass shelf .and a small fake vine you set the animals on green foil looks like grass lite or not lite. Love your info and life story. Faith over fear
I was just looking at that picture of the lady with the roses thinking that it was pretty and then you said the same thing
4:03 super cute Maple Leaf shaker! 4:32 the cow looks pregnant 😂 14:25 if it sits on a clear glass shelf in a curio then maybe it glows underneath?
I loved those mugs with the ornaments on them. I’m surprised you didn’t buy them when you found out there were two. But I guess that’s why you make the videos and I sit here and enjoy them lol! YOU are the professional, not me. 😊

I like the elephant ashtrays
Lol I think Tiffany got the Party lite candleholder.

Pocket book is an older term. But very prevalent on east coast . When i sell a purse ...i used all the terms

I love long videos from you,Danni.❤
I believe the dog on the tin you bought 25:01 is a Skye Terrier.
Ok Dani go to hobby lobby tomorrow or on New Year’s Eve day! The thrift store will have some sales because of end of month/year!!
Good advice ❤California
I love the 99 cent glasses the at salvation army. I bought two hand blown black glass champagne glasses and I sold them for fifty dollars but the fun thing is my friend has a buyer who paid her 99 dollars for them. Treasure hunting is the life for me. Happy hunting kiddo.
@ 10:49 , I think that’s an asstray! Lol
That mug's from a scene in "Schitt's Creek"!! One of the best scenes from one of the best shows EVER 😂❤
Oh...I loved that show!! Loved every character! Wish they'd come back on with new shows!
That sure looks like a Chris Jere piece😘They haven great inventory and prices are not terrible 🥰
The price for the sprigs of flowers was ridiculous !! Have you found a frame yet for your bird picture?? Great buy on the bins! Wishing you a prosperous New Year‼️🍾🥂
Great video!
I think the tumbleup lid was right beside it. It looked etched to me.?
where did kerry go, I miss her
People just fly over the plastic glasses but if they are cool, buy them. They are great to use around a pool for safety.
That white vase with a rose in the middle is very old. I have the lamp and the larger vase. They had the lamp in a museum.
The holes in the mushrooms could be for putting little string lights through.
I use it for a plant starter
You missed a matching tumbler for the tumble up set
I am in Texas and Monday is sr discount day. 50 % off everything.😊
I think the battery powered lights in the the dove & donkey pieces may just be barely showing through because the batteries are just low? Maybe?
I just noticed there is no mention of color tag sales or senior discounts for 2025 on the Goodwill website in Chicago. Not sure if they just haven't posted them or if they are going away. Savers is still mentioning its 50% Off every Monday and 30% Off Senior Discount every Tuesday.
Some really cute stuff. ❤❤
Okinawa!?! My father was a pilot in WW2. You skipped over a WW2 item.
Fun!
Congratulations on buying a frame!
The bill is Japanese money and it looks like ashtray. The bill we used in 80s and like $100.
Yes , you should do that
Every so often. I remark. Mid indiana gw did away w sr discount, color tag half price week no 99 xent color on sunday any more. I think i ve only gone 3 x in a yr.
Was there a Dooney and Burke?
