Rogue River Blue comes out once a year, every year is a little different. The 2019/2020 World Cheese Awards in Bergamo, Italy rated it "Best in the World". First time ever for an American cheese. There were 3,804 cheeses from 42 countries judged.
At Seattle Fred Meyer its currently selling for $48/lb.

I have 6 of the Cedar Craft ones that are on wheels! Right now have the greenhouse covers on them. They say that you only need a screwdriver to assemble. Not for me ~ small drill is needed.
