I would suggest to keep in follow up with endocrinologist doctor. If you don't have problem in chewing food and if it's non cancerous then need not go for surgery in my opinion. In tc 99 scan report it will tell you if it's cold or hot nodule. If it's cold nodule then it's non cancerous.
