Hi Paul nice to see you are ok. Door cards can be a pain to repair. I got my plastic clips from a Wilko (Wilco) Car Spares Shop. There on the pre packed bags along side fixings and electric connectors. More than one type was available. However my drivers door card .The wood was crumbling away so used self tapping screws and washers at the bottom. Cheers from old George 👍🤠👫🇬🇧

If you slide a rag up the back of the winder handle it will hook around the clip and pull it off. Only takes a couple of practice goes.

Thanks Al, what it is, the slits in th winder don't line up with the groove on the spindle, after market problem but they are fine as they go on very tight

Yes, i had seen them so ordered 10, there are 2 oblong pieces and the one nearest the clip its self makes the card sit to far away, also they don't make them for a 8mm hole really do appreciate the information you provided
