Eup pal I've just gone to help someone who can't find the diesel fuel filter on a Talbot express 2.5 d 1989, either i'm going mad or it's not there lol !! there is a diesel filter that's been attached to the plastic housing with tie wraps on the heater box which is actually for an Audi A5, has anyone seen something like this before ?

I'd like to see what speeds you were getting with 3 if the router was correctly set, as that was your main problem, not the provider.

How do paul 😂! I’ve been busy studying your videos! I’ve started ripping out the kitchen side on my highwayman (left in the structural but for now) but I’m just wondering, do I leave the screws in whilst fibreglassing? Or take them out? If I take them out do I replace them at a later point? I think my bulkhead will have to come out 😭!!! Any tips on this? Thanks so much in advance 🤗

I have the same set up on my hyper but I run the belts under the tensioner not over and had no problems. Great vid

Paul, when you switch off, doe the controller loose it’s memory ( time, remote etc.) Thanks for the advice on fitting the switch I’ll be doing this soon. Roland

I done all 3 of mine at the same time, it also helps getting it in first gear etc, it's that rear gearbox mount that gives you problems.

In france , squealing started , looked at the belts ,, jeez ! Last legs ,,, so now parked up , the two that go over the tensioner were nearly slipping off , they are shot , ,, so Sunday at the mo , waiting for the spares shop to open in thé morning , tensioned those two knacks red ones so squealing stopped , 30 min trip to the shop ,, then now thanks to you I can find a supermarket car park when I get the new belts ( if they’ve got em in of course ? ) under cover some where as it’s pissing down all week and get em changed . Thanks so much perfect info I needed .

Is yours a turbo diesel paul. If so just by looking at the engine. How can you tell by turbo or none. Just by looking at the engine

Probably one of the most unprofessional videos on TH-cam and I watched a few trying to find a solution to my toilet not flushing, but he came up the the answer in a down to earth answer. Took my pump off and soaked in red hot water and bingo. Works a treat. Keep up the videos. Thanks a lot.

Many thanks Paul, this helped me find the cause of my Thetford's problem! I had no idea until now where to look for the pump and fuse and it turned out to be a corroded and blown fuse due to a stuck impeller. Got it going with a screwdriver and learnex a lot about my caravan's toilet :-)

Your correct Paul, from what ive read in many forums, Mineral is the correct oil. synthetic oil can cause slight oil leaks in some seals. Also fill the oil fiter with oil before you refit. Great video.

i had to put 2 x 10x850 belts instead of the original 10x825 belts since the 825s were too tight

Hi having watched pt1 and the antenna was worse than built in ones, i saw loads of advice from other viewers, did any of the advice work?or have i just bought an antenna sames as yours that's as much use as a chocolate fireguard, cheers

I have to tackle this job as well Paul, just to tidy it up, done the belly water tank, just waiting for the filler pipe to come to complete.

You do know what to do!! take it off and get someone with a press, the ones that pop out the wheel bearings to straighten it up, then rub it down and spray paint it with Hammarite smooth, as they don't put much paint on when new. take it off and pull the side brackets out a bit so that the bumper does not pucker up.

Have you checked the "O" ring on the drain plug? only I had to replace mine, the owner before just put silicone around it, talk about bodge it an legit. I believe the water heater fills up as soon as you put water in the water tank, the pump is just to pump the water to the taps and shower head, the hot water becomes pressurised in the heater and pushes the hot water up to the hot taps, to the best of my knowledge. the pump is NOT the problem, take the cover off the heater on the outside to see if it is leaking from the metal tank or the plug.

Hi there Paul, can you please tell me where you got your zig water gauge from, as I am not sure if the sender unit is faulty. I think your water pump is not man enough to pump the water round. just my opinion

Crystals more than likely come from hot water tank in my opinion

Many thanks Paul for a perfect demonstration. Exactly the problem I have on the same type of toilet. Your pump has obviously been replaced previously - hence the crimped wire connections inside the tank. I need to trace mine back to the source or cut and join as yours, keeping the connection waterproof. Thank you

I needed to see this video. The O ring has gone on my water pump and I was wondering how I was going to change it as there was no manoeuvring room behind the tank, much like yours. I will be removing it from the outside tomorrow. Fingers crossed. And thank you.

I just installed a new diesel heater and checked my wiring with a voltage meter and the wiring is supplying adequate power to the lcd screen, but it is not turning on at all! i have an old diesel heater lcd panel that i know works fine and the lcd screen is still not turning on. wondering if you have any thoughts on this, im imagining it has something to do with the plug for the lcd screen is not wired properly.

Appreciate this one’s an older video but how do you rate these blinds now they’ve been installed and used for a bit? Thanks, Doug

My father in law who is now 96 was evacuated to howarth during the war from Guernsey ,I showed him this video and he was quite emotional watching ,seeing where he lived for 5 years away from his parents , seeing it had hardly changed in 80 years bought back so many happy memories ,his future wife also evacuated there too ,
