No sis it is call check rice. I don’t know why people are calling it chuck rice. The reason we call it check rice is because it looks like a checkerboard…the green/white combination.. on a checkerboard the color is off course black/white.

I used paprika wish also change the color. You can use tomato paste by choice

Smoke parika gives it a great taste. Tomato paste can be bitter. Go my lady it looks good
