I deducted this by watching the match live. Muller crossed the ball into the box to fulkrug, in which the replay showed from a good angle that fulkrug was offside. He then headered the ball to musiala who shot the ball to cucurellas hand. It's up to debate if the handball is worthy of a penalty. But the decision in the end was correct.
