I followed these exact instructions for hooking things up, but the only difference was I removed the stock navigation touch screen head unit. Got everything hooked up and used the pioner single din converter. Everything fit perfectly BUT I cannot get any sound at all. I have unconnected and reconnected each piece multiple times, especially the blue amp turn on wire. No sound from the radio, bluetooth or aux. Head unit is functioning fine othernwise. I got my bluetooth paired and song selection shows on the screen. The steering wheel controls don't seem to be working either even with the converter piece plugged in for that. Any reason there might be no sound and the steering wheel controls are not functioning? Thank you
