Ok Ok Hear me out. I just made this. It is so good! I did put some teryaki marinade on the top before I put it in the oven though. Mrs. Dash wins again! Thats what is so great about looking up different peoples styles on the tubes! You can copy them then ad your own flair!
I'm Polish/Ukrainian and LOVE cabbage rolls, one of my fave authentic foods, but they're so difficult to make, especially for one person. I'm definitely going to try them in a casserole aka. Deconstructed cabbage rolls. Although we use ground beef & rice. Plenty of tomato herb sauce and sour cream on top too! Looks delicious. Thank you! 😋

Looking for not so average cabbage recipes since i had a good bunch. Thought i'd give this a try. i used turkey sausage which worked well. i did not have turmeric so as i often do, looked for a substitution. this is what i used.....1 tsp ginger, 1/3 tsp cumin. i'm not familiar with what turmeric tastes like so i can't really say whether or not it worked. i can say that this is a welcome meal (for supper) since it was a bit out of the ordinary for us and had a good taste. i used mozzarella cheese.
DO this with onion and garlic also, and add tomato paste on top before the cheese addition and you'll be jumping for joy of how good it is....Cheers mates)

On a different note, watch the salt intake, I loved my salt also,everything had to have salt. Then the silent killer showed up, kidney problem, No salt allowed now, food not the same. But its live or die.Have a great day.
Just made this! I’d use the cabbage and carrots for a yummy homemade salad and eat it for a week lol and use the mince for a spaghetti bolognaise. If you are making this I’d suggest doubling the seasoning (possibly 2 teaspoons of salt?), maybe adding ginger, lemon, parsley?

I’m afraid 220c was far too high for my mixture. I still ate a blackened mixture and I think if it wasn’t so high it would have been nice. Fan assisted ovens, beware.
Did you made a double batch in the video? I had heaps of cabbage leftover. Technically I would have use a bit more than 1/4 of a whole cabbage. I made the dish, it was nice but it was a bit bland for my tasting. I did read the comments where other people recommend doing double of the seasoning which I did. I also added cook 1 onions & 3 Garlic cloves. I also did use almond flour which could have affected the taste of the dish. Next time : - I reckon I do 4 times the amount of seasoning. - 3 eggs instead.
