    Hi, Bruno! Love your videos, they helped me with a lot of things on my 156 1.9 jtdm 16v, but I still have some problems, not sure if they are connected: When I accelerate hard, I get check engine error, that goes away if I turn the ignition off and back on;
    When I accelerate hard I get a lot of black smoke from exhaust, maybe less power (feels like there should be more). The check engine light problem was there from the start when my dad first got the car, but I think the black smoke problem started after the car wasn't used for 5 years, even though I fitted the missing cathalotic converter back. Do you have any ideas of what should I check? Air/vacuum leaks, or maybe injectors or turbo? Thanks!

      Hello. Great, what is the diagnosis result?

    • @delgarob
      @delgarob หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @alfaromeonoproblem I believe it's P0238 Boost pressure sensor, but I will check in the morning to be sure, because I already replaced it because it had frozen readings, and upon inspection it was totally broken. Also, when comparing target air mass vs air mass measured, looks like sometimes when I push hard it gets less air than it wants, but also it sometimes gets air when it doesn't want it...

      @alfaromeonoproblem  หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @delgarob it's very common that issue, easy to fix. I have tons of videos for that too. 99% os the times, vacuum leaks...

      @@alfaromeonoproblem Update: unfortunately turns out it wasn't just a split hose, the variable geometry in turbo is stuck, so I get over boost and check engine light. But anyways, thanks for your help, I find your videos extremely useful!❤️

    BTW, I started hearing knock on the rear right side. When I move the sar from standing (going forward) I hear the clunk. It feels like it clunks even before the car moves, but as soon as the rear sags as I drive off. But today I was ckecking the auspension and I did not found anything clunking. I though it was the stabilizer link, so I ordered new ones, but it is solid. Maybe because only one wheel was off the ground when ckecking?

    • @alfaromeonoproblem
      @alfaromeonoproblem  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      It's not common at all issues on the rear on 939. But to check sway bar and links, yes, has to be both wheels off the floor.

      @alfaromeonoproblem Thank you. I will check it on the next weekend again.
      Not common in general, maybe, but you don't know our potholes... I mean roads.

      It seems silly but check also that your back wheels are tightened properly @@DashCamSerbia

    • @DashCamSerbia
      @DashCamSerbia หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@letroizef I thought of that too. But today I was replacing the wheels with a winter set, and they are torqued to 120 Nm. I will see in the next few days, but I think the clunk is still there.

    • @DashCamSerbia
      @DashCamSerbia หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @alfaromeonoproblem Maybe this one is better. I will try it later. On Pekidi there are no oil pressure sensors, for example.

    Well that is embarrassing for EPER... The title of the page says Alfa 159 and the image (at least on the first psge) is showing an Alfa 156 🤣🤣🤣
