I have to say somthing push the button in on the throttle. It’s in the middle of that big circle push it in and out the throttle down and pump it a bit. That’s how you prim them boats.

Press the button and take it out of gear. Give it a little gas and it could crank
You can’t leave the water running from the hose that long before you start it or else it will flood the engine
Every time u try to crank the engine lower the out drive if u leave it up like that will destroy the u joins and the gimbal bearings
I see its a splendor, but what size is it?
