Protein in vegetables: Palak , small bandghohi, lentils,soyabean( higest protein 36 gram in 100 grams) tofu,milk,quinoa ( best as it has all 9 amino acids) nuts ,chia seeds .
No brother, palak , gobhi 3-4 grams in 100gram
And lentils 20-24grams in 100 grams

Bilkul sahi kaha. Soya beans se bhi better option hai soya chunks. Soya badi mein protein ka concentration badh jata hai. 100 grams mein sidha 50 gram protein aur taste wali problem fir isme aur bhi zada hai. Agar cook karna aata ho to tasty recipes bhi bana sakte hain. Aur iska amino acid profile pura hai baki lentils wagairah ke comparison mein.

Overall the information is good for those who don’t have knowledge, it’s proper usage in diet and it’s various benefits from the Cadel to the grave, few corrections if I may add DR Jamal may not have full information that almost 70% of Indians ( currently ) are non veg , wether you eat it once a week or month or even few times during various special occasions/ events , plus more my intention is not to hurt the feelings of others, but religious scriptures like VEDS or Puranas don’t prohibit eating of fish , lamb or mutton etc , special seeds or various nuts are expensive not all people can afford, lastly EGG PROTEIN is known as STANDARD PROTEIN
