I have 9 Arc'teryx items. One of which is the Beta FL Gortex Pro. The jacket has let in water several times from the moment i bought it.The shop I bought it from sent it for treatment and its still leaking. I've had nothing but resistance when asking that I get my jacket replaced. I live and climb in Scotland and the Alps. Arc'teryx! Your customer service is terrible and over the last 4 years the product has became fashionable instead of durable. I've spent over 30 years in the mountains and the Beta FL is the worst jacket I have ever invested in. Its disappointing and unacceptable to be treated like this. I will now be forced to move away from the ARC'TERYX family and find Safety in the mountains from another company
Hamish's mindset and philosophy is years ahead of his age. The visual effects on this video is mad funky aswell.
The mentality Hamish seems to have is a rare find, seems like a really interesting character, can't wait to see what he'll accomplish in his lifetime.
