It was our pleasure. We have made many purchases in the past. Cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, etc. This was one of the most pleasant purchasing experiences of them all. We just wanted to share our fantastic experience. Especially since we went into it expecting something very different.
Hi friend. Yes, they are. I believe it’s the state of Utah investigating them. Will be interesting to see their findings. The news did make me go back to check my paperwork. Fortunately, ours is good. Not sure how this whole thing will turn out but I believe in giving credit where credits due. For our personal experience with them, it was very good. Thanks for watching.
@@jdnlaw1974 Please, jdnlaw1974, do not ruin his honeymoon. Just because he landed in the dealership as a parachutist and got lucky, wait until he wants another RV and start compiling a list like the one I did. In fact HE should have mentioned the DEALER who tried to screw him up if he wanted to be honest about.🥱
Glad you found it helpful. We just wanted to share our experience. We’ve bought a couple RV’s from different places and this was the most pleasant experience. I know they’ve gotten some bad press, which may or may not be accurate, but we didn’t experience any of that.
Thank you friend! Can you believe I actually got criticized in the comments about chitchatting with the employee about that? 😂 I guess some people just don’t understand small talk. Lol! Thanks for sharing with us!
I just had to get over and see this video that brought you bunches of subscribers. Great job on this one. Very different for you but really neat. A company that feeds their employees? Yes, please. A fifth wheel hitch thrown into the deal as well...wow. Great negotiation. Then a better rate, too...Sounds like they really took care of you. I love that the whole deal was to enable you to spend more time with your family. Great job, Matt!
Thanks Scott. I can’t take credit for the deal though. I give all the credit to the amazing salesman I had. From all the comments I’ve gotten from this video, what I’ve learned is the salesperson you get plays a huge factor in whether you have a good experience or a poor one.
Hi friend! You’re correct for thinking that but our reason was a little different. As a new channel, we did want to take advantage of a topic that people are searching for. If you check out our channel videos we do have a video showing our trip down to purchase the rig a couple months ago so this is all a true story. I have seen the questionable things going on. In fact, I even went to double check my paperwork after seeing those videos. Lol! Our paperwork is good. I can’t speak for how the investigation will turn out. A lot of things don’t look good. I do believe, however, in giving credit where credits due and for our part it really was an amazing experience so we wanted to share it. Thanks so much for taking the time to watch and comment!
I am happy for you and the experience you had with General RV however, until the leadership comes clean about the fraudulent dealings at their Utah store I will not consider them for my RV purchase. Thanks for sharing your experience.
Thank you friend! I understand people feeling that way. I myself am always hesitant to “convict someone before the trial.” It will be interesting to see what the states investigation leads to. Thanks for taking the time to watch and check out our channel.
@@RCRVadventures I can't understand their stance of stating that the they found nothing wrong. The negative publicity that they're getting far exceeds any gains they may see. They should have bit the bullet and accepted responsibility. They would have been much farther ahead.
@@geraldgolen9157 Personally, I don’t necessarily disagree with you. I am, however, very hesitant to jump to a conclusion because the hard fact is that we only know one side of the story. I am NOT saying that the customers who came forward are being untruthful. All I’m saying is look how many times something terrible has been presented to us, seemingly iron clad, and then later a cctv cam shot comes out or a body cam or an email totally changing the perspective. If history has taught me anything, it’s to wait to draw conclusions. But that’s just me. Aside from that. Thanks so much for taking the time to check out our channel.
Currently going through a not so pleasant experience, with a dealership in Salt Lake City. Purchased our Class A, over a week ago and have not seen it...emailing the sales rep. and all I'm getting is excuses, there was an apparently a "Recall" on Girard Awnings. But have not found any such recalls. Just a little frustrating.
I’m sorry to hear that. I know that is frustrating. Especially being left in the dark. Poor or zero communication from a dealership is very aggravating. I can be patient as long as I’m informed. Hope it gets better and you can start enjoying your new rig soon!
KUDOS for honest, great sahre and Video! Glad it worked out for you and Family! My exposure has been just on youtube, and Matt;s RV reviews, so much appreciated! ALl the BEST to you and family from PNWEst! Cheers! :)
I’ve only bought one RV, the one I got right now, it was suppose to come from GRV, but after about a month of them NOT returning my phone calls, no paper work of any kind, then the day before I was supposed to pick it up they call and say the upgraded pin box and capture plate was not in. Mine you they knew about it the day i looked at the 5th wheel, and still didn’t have it. Then that evening the finance guy calls to tell me the dollar amount for the certified bank check. That was Friday evening and we were suppose to be a the dealership at 9am Saturday morning. My point is, their flipping attitude! about oh “that’s a deal breaker” F ing right, after I give you a $5k down payment. No communication at all!!!! I wouldn’t buy a wagon to pull my dog around from them.
Oh wow! I’m sorry you went through that. Yeah, I would not be happy either. Since posting this video, I’ve had viewers tell me about great experiences they’ve had and I’ve had viewers tell me about absolutely terrible experiences. It’s completely all over the board. Makes me curious what’s the deciding factor. Is it the company? The dealership? Or maybe the salesman you get and how competent they are? I really don’t know. Thank you for sharing your experience with us and our community. The more information we have, the better we all get.
Hi friend! No smudge, no balloon. In fact, no carbon paper at all. All our paperwork is laser printed. I did go back and check it after I saw the news report, 😂 but our paperwork is good. Thanks so much for watching!
How much was added on for dealer prep and destination charges?? I negotiated a reasonable deal on the purchase price of my Landmark Newport, 35% off msrp, but they charged over 6K for dealer prep and destination charges!!
Hi friend! Great question. Total for prep and transport was just under 5k which, if you just take that number, was one of the highest fees we saw. However, the out the door, bottom line price was still the lowest. From my understanding, the best negotiation is for the out the door price. Some dealers don’t “charge” for prep and transport. Some put it as a line item charge but either way, you are always paying those fees. I don’t care if the dealer rolls those costs into the price of the rig or puts them as a line item charge. I only care about the bottom line number. What is the exact dollar amount for everything? GRV out the door price was lower than other dealers that “didn’t charge” prep or transport fees. That’s just my 2¢. Hope this helps. Thanks so much for taking the time to check out our channel!
Great review. We live in Virginia and bought our second Grand Design 5th wheel from General RV. Drove to North Canton OH on the second to buy from Ben Ryan there. Best deal and they have been good to us as well. Safe Travels!
Hi friends! Thank you for sharing with us! You buy an RV to enjoy travel so, like you, traveling out of state for a good deal was no big thing for us. Thanks for taking the time to check out our channel! Happy camping!
General RV in mount clemons michigan was FANTASTIC. I still call the salesperson and talk with her. She always makes time to talk to me and answer questions.
Hi friend! Thanks for sharing with us. The more I hear from viewers about their different experiences the more I think the salesperson you get makes a huge impact on your overall experience. That’s great you had a good one. Thanks so much for checking out our channel.
Great video, Your absolutely correct with everyone's purchasing experience will be different from the next person's. Wife and I just ordered the Alliance Valor 41V15 in Tampa and will arrive sometime in April.
Congratulations and welcome to the FamAlly! I’ve gotten some criticism for this video but the way I see it, I’m just sharing my personal experience. Thanks for watching and sharing with us!

I am looking to purchase a Motorhome and let me tell you that I have really enjoyed listening to your video and your experience with General RV. Thank you again and safe travel.
Hi friend! Thank you so much! We’re so happy you found our video helpful. Thanks for taking the time to check out our channel! Best of luck on the new rig!
I am a veteran of RVing. In 2015, I was looking for a new travel trailer, and General was one of the dealers I visited. It just so happens that it was the location now under investigation in Utah. The sales staff was not interested in anything I said, and only wanted to know “how much are you willing to spend”. After he asked me that three times, each time cutting me off while I was trying to explain to him the features I needed, I told him I wasn’t going to spend any money with him and left the dealership. I knew more about their product than they did. I was far from impressed.
Wow, that’s terrible. I think the best thing we can do is listen to our gut. If a place doesn’t have a good feeling or in your case is not asking the right questions, then sometimes walking away is the best decision. Thanks for sharing!
My first only video I watched on your channel. Liked and subbed. Especially since you didn't ask for it. Looking forward to checking out your other content. I was burned by negotiating as well. Local place that had the exact unit in stock. We put down a small hold deposit. We were very clear that the price didn't work for us. They were very clear that they wanted to move the unit quickly. We rolled in on a Saturday with financing and significant down payment. Their response? "No we will not negotiate. Not even a little. We'll offer you a hitch, but that's all we can do." We walked. They tried to play us with a call-back from a different sales person. Nope. We tried to play them by laying out the facts in an e-mail, focusing on their point that they wanted to move the unit quickly. Still no budge. I now have an order deposit down with another dealer that's definitely NOT local. I have pretty much all the same fears you described here. Our unit is due to go into production mid-June.
Hi friend! Thanks so much for sharing your experience with us. I’m a firm believer that the more we share, in the RV community, the better we all get. So many people forget that as a buyer you are holding all the aces. You can pull the plug anytime before you sign. Even sitting in the finance office. I actually did that when buying my truck. Lol. I think you made the right decision. I hope everything works out with this one. Thanks so much for taking the time to share with us and check out our channel!
I very much hope so! The first dealer was 15% above the *advertised* market value. The second dealer is just a touch better than market value (like $300). I do not intend to negotiate with the second dealer dealer on price. I would love to have something like your experience where they throw in bonus stuff / work just because it is the right thing to do. Oh, I did forget something: We are first time buyers. So that local dealership lost a *lot* more than just a sale. They lost service work, equipment sales, and likely a sale of a future unit. We did make the dealer aware of that, lol.
Wow! Yeah they missed out. I really credit our salesman for the extras. He was the one who brought up the extra stuff and then did the leg work to get it approved by his manager. The more I hear back about other viewers experiences the more I think the salesperson has a lot more to do with your overall experience than I originally thought.
@@RCRVadventures Hey! Update time! My purchase was completed on August 20th (started on April 10th). My overall experience was ok. They didn't do me wrong, but they certainly didn't try hard to make sure I'd be a repeat customer. In particular, the "walk-through" was more of a "let's sit and chat for no good reason". 🤷♂️ The camper itself has been pretty good to us. We had to fix the brakes upon delivery (bad electrical connector). I've had to fix the stupid tension-rod window blinds way more than I'd like to admit. My manual tongue jack is broken. We've made five trips, including the weekend we took delivery.
Hey there! Thanks for the update! Congratulations on the new rig. I’m glad it wasn’t a total disaster experience. 😂 there are usually always little things that need to be fixed in a new rig. I’m with you on the blinds though. One of my personal challenges is to use some creativity and come up with a permanent fix for those jokers. Hope you have some amazing adventures and make some great memories in the new rig and maybe we’ll see you out there!
Hi friend! Yes, it’s probably the most important aspect. I think that’s why every different store or dealership has a different feel. It’s amazing what a good leader can do to for a facility. Thanks for watching!
Thank you friend. We’re glad you enjoyed it. If we were a bigger channel we might have made a bigger deal about it but being that we were just starting out we only recorded privately as shown in our purchase video. Hopefully it does help give an inside look though. Thanks for taking the time to check out our channel!
Thanks so much for this video....I recently entered into a deal with General RV for a Class C .... I knew what I wanted and actually went through their internet sales .. ( via Matt';s Rv Reviews) I admit I was a bit hesitant since I have not seen the dealership of hands on the rig I want ( i have been in a couple extremely similar) I also researched GRV and was not surprised by the mixed bag of reviews ....All companies have them. I have .. thus far... had an incredible experience with GRV....All my questions were answered in detail about the rig ...delivery time frame ... and the financing....Very happy with my decision....Glad to see an Influencer putting this info out there... well done
Thank you my friend and thank you for sharing your experience! I agree with you. Every experience may be different but you have to give credit where credits due. Congrats on the new rig! Thanks for watching! -Matt
That’s fantastic. I believe in giving credit where credits due. I went in with hesitation and they pleasantly surprised me. Just hope this helps future buyers. Thanks for sharing your experience! -Matt
I am hopeful we'll have the same experience. The motor home we have put a large deposit on with General RV in Salt Lake City is being built now. So far everything has gone smoothly.
Hi friend. I hope everything goes smoothly for you. From all the comments we’ve received I’m convinced the salesperson you get makes a huge difference in your experience. Congrats on the new coach and please reach back out to us and let us know how everything goes. Thanks for watching and sharing your comment.
Lol! That’s the first thing I did when I saw the news! Fortunately, our paperwork is all good. Appreciate the tip though. It will be interesting to see how that ordeal plays out. Thanks for checking us out!
Enjoyed your video. I can share that our purchase of our 365RD was good. The service however is not so good. During our shakedown trip we discovered some things we didn’t find in our walkthrough. We learned that even though the sales people maybe great, if you can’t get your fifth wheel serviced or the work done correctly a good deal isn’t worth as much. Alliance has been great, but once the warranty is up, we will find somewhere else to have our fifth wheel serviced. Have fun, safe travels. Hi from Salem Oregon.
Hi friend! You’re right. Alliance as a company was a major factor in our decision to buy. I can see your point. We actually stayed camped in the parking lot of General RV for 2 nights and found a few more things to fix which they did. Can’t speak for how it would have been if we had left and then tried to come back. Really appreciate you sharing your experience as the more we know as RVers the better we all get. Thanks for watching!
Your experience was just the opposite of ours with General RV in Hereshey. We purchased a 2021 Sanibel 3902 WB and during our walkthrough we came up with a 2 page punch list. We sat there for four hours and nobody even offered us a bottle of water. By the end of the day they still didn't have our rig ready. We showed up four days later, after I called three times to ensure it was ready, and a lot of the punch list wasn't fixed, such as the pass through door being improperly installed, inside trim work hanging off the ceiling, the floor is not properly attached to the wall...We got it home only to find more problems such as the front stabilizer not being plum and the heater threw an error code after it's first use. I'm not sure how this passed QC at Prime Time Mfg and General RV.
Oh man! I’m sorry to hear that. It’s terrible when something that’s supposed to be exciting like buying a new rig turns into a nightmare. I’ve heard back from a lot of viewers and people’s experiences seem to be all over the board. One things for sure, there doesn’t seem to be any consistency with customer experience. Thanks for sharing and I hope everything works out for you and you can start enjoying your new coach.
We have bought three RV’s from the GRV dealer in western Michigan over the years and have never experienced any kind of issue. Free stuff? How about a really nice equalizer hitch, two covers and a 5th wheel hitch on our last purchase. They always throw in store credits, too. We’ve had the same sales person for all three trailers and has been fantastic to deal with. Absolutely no pressure from the finance people for any type of add on. When it is trade time, we will head back to GRV for our next one.
Hi friend. From all the comments I’m convinced the sales person you get has a lot to do with your purchase experience. Sounds like you have a good one! Thanks for sharing with us!
Hi friend! Thank you. I can’t speak about the service department as we live in Georgia so it will not be the dealership we use if we need service. Good to know. Thanks for watching!
Thanks for sharing your experience. We ordered a new Class-C in February from General RV Ocala. The sales experience was very good and the deal was fair. This is our 6th RV and must admit that our salesman was more knowledgeable about RV's than our past experiences. We haven't taken delivery yet so we'll reserve any further comment until we see how they handle PDI, Set up, and delivery. No complaints, so far.
Thank you for sharing that with us! The best thing we did after the first PDI was to spend the night in the parking lot at the dealership. They have 30amp connections and filled out fresh tank. Nothing like living in the rig to find more fixes. They took it in the next day again and fixed our second round of PDI. Best of luck on the new rig. Thanks for checking us out!
Hi friend. From my understanding that is an isolated incident in Utah. The state has an ongoing investigation. We’ll see what information that yields. We purchased in the Ocala location. Admittedly, after hearing about that situation, I did go back and check my paperwork. Lol. Ours is all good. No balloon. Thanks for watching!
Glad to hear you had a great experience in that purchase/trade in deal. I will agree with others regarding the shady paperwork issue and hopefully they clear that situation up for those affected customers. Good luck with your new rv. Someday we hope to join the full time crowd.
Thank you! Yes, we would love to join the full time crowd one day too! We really love the RV and travel life. To my understanding the state opened up an investigation so I’m waiting to see what they find before I draw my conclusions. Thanks for watching!
Great review. Mirrors (somewhat) my experience with Tampa General RV in 2016. Should have bought my next two RVs from General RV rather than "The One"!
Hi friend. I’m happy to hear that. Thanks for sharing your experience with us. I feel the me we all share, the more we can help further RV buyers make an informed decision no matter what that is. Thanks for taking the time out to leave a comment and check out our channel!
Thanks for a very informative and honest review! We are on the verge or ordering a Grand Design Solitude 5th wheel from the Orange Park store and your review helps us in that decion making. We’re still a few months out but with all the reports of the underhanded financing GRV has had, your video shows us first hand that they are not all that way. Oh I will definitely check my paperwork 10 ways to Sunday, but I feel better now about potentially does business with them. Thanks…Bill
Thank you friend! Yes, as soon as I saw the report I went back and checked my paperwork with a magnifying glass. Lol! All our paperwork is good. I don’t want to cast judgment before the investigation is over but the optics of the situation don’t look good. I can’t say what will be the outcome. It may turn all turn out to be true. What’s also true, however, is that we had an amazing experience. Thanks for sharing with us and best of luck with the new rig!
I purchased my 4th new Motorhome and my 1st from General RV in January of 2021 from the Tampa store and it was the absolutely worst experience ever for me. I’m glad your purchase was a positive experience but for me NOT SO MUCH!
Hi friend! Oh man, I’m sorry to hear that. It’s terrible that something that’s supposed to be an exciting time turns out to be stressful and not much fun. Especially since you’re purchasing an RV for fun and adventure. Thanks for sharing your experience. As RVers, the more we know the better we ALL get.
I was glad to hear about your experience. I too have seen some bad publicity from UT. I correlation to the amount of sales it is small and could be a finance manager doing it on his own or far worse. I will be making a purchase 8 to 16 mos. Will be watching this story. Your review was helpful. My parents dealt with the Big one. Lsts I wont.
Hi friend! I’m glad you found it helpful. I agree with you. I feel that if it turns out that something nefarious was really going on, it will probably be a rogue finance agent. Will be interesting to see what the investigation turns up. Thanks for taking the time to check out our channel!
We went to General RV and loved the alliance but could not come to a deal we wanted and felt like the price was out of our reach. The manager did not want to work on it either and let us walk. We looked for another two weeks and ended up back at General RV not by my choice but my wife's choice. She talked me into going one last time. This time was much different we looked at several fifth wheels and decided to get a toy hauler. Unfortunately when we went home after signing on the dotted line we realized the toy hauler did not have a half bath. We returned the next day to explain to them we really needed a half bath in the Toy Hauler and to them it was no big deal to assign us our third salesperson. We found the road warrior to fit our needs. We did purchase the road warrior at a great price. We took it home but the generator would not run the unit like it was supposed to. I called general rv they sent a transporter that day picked up the RV took it back to their location fixed it the same day and delivered it back to our house all in one day. Needless to say we are very happy with our experience at General RV.
Hi friends! Thanks so much for sharing with us! Wow, that’s a lot that went down. I’ve been getting an abundance of comments about viewers experiences with General RV and they are all over the board. In your story, did you deal with different salesman each time? The reason I’m asking is I’m forming a new hypothesis. I’m starting to think that the salesperson you get has a tremendous amount more to do with your overall experience than I originally believed. I felt like they were just a middle man. A mouth piece, if you will, for the higher ups. The more I hear back from viewers, the more I’m convinced that they have much more influence on your purchase experience. Depending on if they’re just out to make a commission or if they are sincerely focused on impacting customer service. Thank you for taking the time to comment and check out our channel! -Matt
Our experience with General RV in Orange Park FL (Joe Lunsman Sales Rep) was similar to yours - excellent. We did not need financing, but got 3 bids from 3 dealers for a fully loaded 2021 Coachmen Beyond 22C AWD Li3. After presenting 3 pages of all the specifications we needed General RV offered the best deal in Florida. It was a pleasure working with this dealership through the manufacturing delays and the only servicing issue which surfaced regarding a swivel seat alarm was remedied by the Service Dept the same day I called. I would add for anyone in the market - that the dealers claiming to be the biggest in this or that type of RV do not always offer the best deal or service.
Hi friend! Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us! We did the same. Had quotes from dealers in Florida, Georgia and Kentucky. All were higher than General and they weren't will to even match the price. Glad it all worked out for you guys. Thanks for watching!
I enjoyed the video and you seem genuinely happy with your experience. I wonder though if you had heard beforehand about the paperwork irregularities that others had experienced at General RV. Based on those issues I don’t believe I could trust them especially since they came out and said they didn’t do anything wrong.
Hi friend! I appreciate your comment. We are truly happy with our experience. I had not heard about the paperwork irregularities when we purchased. In fact, I only found out myself a couple weeks ago. As far as I understand it, there is an investigation going on about that. I’m not one to convict someone before finding out all the evidence. I can say the optics don’t look good though. I’ve had some viewers attack me in the comments and question my integrity for making this video. I think it would be a lack of integrity on my part if I trashed General RV for allegations when the only thing I could personally, factual prove is that they gave me great service. Everyone has their own emotions and opinions on the situation and I have to respect that. Really appreciate you taking the time out to comment and connect with us. Thanks for watching!
i had a terrible experience in the tampa location. I kept asking the guy for the price of an rv and he would not tell me. I told him my budget and he kept driving me to rv's that were higher than what i wanted. despite me repeating myself 3 times, he showed me rvs that were not in my budget. I told him to just take me back because we wasted my time, he'd then had the audacity to ask me why i was in a hurry and where i was going.
Oh man, that’s terrible. I’m sorry you went through that. I would have walked too. We’ve had a lot of viewers comment on their experiences and I’m convinced that a lot of what determines your experience is what kind of salesperson you get. Thanks for sharing with us!
I prefer to buy locally with people that aren't constantly being sued. The thing in Utah is just one of many instances they have been caught doing shady things.
I'm glad you had a good experience. Regardless of the dealership never get confirmation of anything verbally over the phone. Must insist on emails and paper trails when doing online business.
Thank you! I totally agree with you. We did get everything in writing via email. I probably should have mentioned that in the video. Great point. Thanks for watching!
Good to hear a positive experience with General. As for Walmart Supercenters, they lost my business years ago due to long lines despite having 30+ checkout counters but only 1 or 2 open and then harassing customers when leaving the store demanding to see receipts.
Thank you friend! I feel you. The company has definitely changed over the years. I was with them for 18yrs and got out because I felt I could change myself anymore than I already had. I started when I was 17 as a cashier and worked my way up to being a GM of a super center. I started back when Mr Sam was alive. Man things were really different back then. Thanks for watching!
Out here in California it's fairly common to have someone at our WalMart standing at the exit to inspect the receipt. I always ask 'Do you expect me of theft? If not then you have NO RIGHT to inspect or demand to see the receipt!' I never, ever allow them to see my receipt! Another sore point I have with the checkers is .... I never get a 'thank you for your business' from them after paying for the merchandise. It pisses me off that they can't say 'thank you'! It's always 'Have a nice day'. I just spent x number of dollars at your business and I sort of expect at least a 'thank you' in appreciation. Is it too much to ask???
You know you’re so right. I heard that from a lot of customers. Too many times management will stick the shiest, least personable person at the door. The actual position in the computer is called People Greeter not receipt checker. Years ago when they first created that position it was for just that. Greeting people. It takes a special type of personality to do it right. Sadly there are stores that implement their own “procedures” like using a marker on receipts. I never remember getting corporate direction to do that.
That's great that you have a great General dealership in Ocala Florida. We also have a great camping world dealer in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania As you have stated no all dealership's are the same.
Hi friend! Yes, I agree! Camping World is another good example. I’ve been in some awesome ones and some not so good ones. Thanks so much for taking the time to check out our channel!
Wow! That one took me a long time 😳😄 Not because of the long video (which I personally didn’t find to long, by the way) I watched, no, because I read ALL of the 258 comments 🤪 I was and still am very happy that you had this great experience at GRV and that you shared this experience with us viewers. I usually end up scrolling down to see some comments and then I saw, let me call it, the "investigation thing". Of course, as a german viewer, I usually don’t watch Fox13 or any other broadcasting channel (except the election night, this is since the election of Mr. Bill Clinton a kind of "I have to watch it" or "my personal US-tradition", and since the election night of Bill Clinton I always took a day off after this night because the election starts here usually at 02.00am in the middle of our night), so I didn’t know about the ongoing investigations in Utah. I do write this after watching the video and reading all the comments, so I didn’t start to google about the outcome of that investigation, may you be that kind and tell me in a few short sentences what the outcome was? Only by watching your video I personally would contact your salesman and be very happy to arrange a deal he and I could live with. And, even without knowing the outcome of the Utah state investigations, guess what, I really like how they treated you and you are right in every way that GRV really don't care about your YT-channel, because you don't have that many subscribers (yet). So every move they would make to make you extra happy wouldn’t pay off for them. And that's why I do believe your "story" and don’t think that you were paid by GRV to make a video like this. This accusation by some commentators is in my eyes ridiculous. Sorry for the long comment, I will now take a break and then continue watching your other videos. You can I guess imagine what comes next... Yeah, you're right: Kind regards from 🇩🇪, Philipp Or wait, different ending, this time in german: Viele Grüße aus Deutschland, bis zum nächsten Video, Philipp
Thank you Philipp. This was a viral video for us. Admittedly, the timing of the investigation helped us as GRV is being searched a lot now on TH-cam... BUT, as you stated, this video had nothing to do with the investigation. I was just sharing my personal experience. I received a lot of negative comments and it really taught me to just respect other people’s positions while at the same time upholding mine. The comments about me getting paid by GRV did make me laugh though. I had 400 subs when i purchased the RV. I’m like, man I wish I was that important to a company. 😂 I’ve since learned that it comes with the territory. When you put yourself out there on TH-cam you have to develop thick skin. At the end of the day I feel good because I know I was honest and I have received positive comments and know that I have helped people. -Matt PS. What does the German phrase mean?
@@RCRVadventures You're right in every way. I found the comments very entertaining in which they accused you being paid by GRV. Yes, there are paid videos on TH-cam, but in general these channels do have 100k subs and more so this channel might be useful for the company who pays the bill. What the German phrase means? Nothing dirty 😉 It basically means: Kind regards from Germany, see you in the next video 👋🏻
You are correct. I learned that a lot of people do not understand how TH-cam works as a business. I stopped taking it as a negative and started seeing it as a compliment that my video and on camera speaking was good enough for people to think it was a professional endorsement. 😂 Thanks for the translation. We love learning about other cultures and languages.
We bought from General RV in Ocala in January 2021. We think we got a great deal bought new MH from Matt's Reviews he does an awesome job. Everyone at General RV is super nice. Repair on warranty not so good. The turn over of employees who were our service person were gone. The parts on order and we call to follow up and they said she doesn't work here anymore. We are on our third service person. Service employees must hate their job the turn over is ridiculous. No one follows up.
Hi friend! Thanks so much for sharing with us! Congratulations on the new rig. I’m sorry you’re having trouble getting it serviced. You must be jumping out of your skin with anticipation to use your new RV. Best of luck and we hope you are able to get it back on the road soon. Thanks for checking out our channel!
Great video but it's hard to imagine why they gave you all those deals unless they ripped you off. Just guessing you could have made a whole lot more selling private sale, then dealing on the camper. Make sure to double check your paper work, look at that last page to make sure there's no smudge with a balloon payment. No dealer wants to take in anything that they normally do not sell unless they can make a huge profit when selling it!
Hi friend. Lol! You’re right. I checked our paperwork first thing after watching the video about the whole ordeal. Paperwork is good. As far as the deal, you’re right. We could have gotten a better total deal had we sold our trades privately, however, not by that much. Admittedly, we were excited to get into the new RV and selling ourselves would always be better but giving the time frame, we did get a good deal. At the time, boat dealerships were empty and used RV’s were scarce. So we got low end retail prices for our trades. Not trade in value. On top of that, they over valued our trades on the paperwork so it deducted a lot of tax that we would normally have to pay if we had just bought the new rig by itself. You’re line of thinking is correct and probably the advice I’d give anyone else. Thanks for watching! -Matt
Hey!!! That was a really nice review. Perhaps you might know Matt from Matt’s RV Reviews and Matt’s RV Reviews Towables. He is a TH-cam star!!! Anyways, he works at General RV!!! Congratulations on getting a great deal!
Hi friend! Thanks for the comment. I don’t know him personally but I’ve seen his videos. His RV reviews are how we discovered Alliance as a brand and ended up buying one. Thanks for watching!
I would like to eco this video in having a very similar experience with general RV. Bought a 2021 keystone Springdale 280BH at the Tampa RV show. Overall experience was one that other can not live up too! I received a better insurance, better loan rate and a customer experience with sales and parts! Customer for Live! and this includes me having to driver an hour to them if needed!
Hi friend! That’s awesome. Thanks so much for sharing with us. I really appreciate all the viewers sharing their experiences, good or bad. It makes us all more informed. Thanks for taking the time to check out our channel!
Oh man. I’m sorry to hear that. It’s terrible when something that’s supposed to be exciting, like getting an RV, turns out to be frustrating. Thanks for sharing.
My first RV from General RV went great, as was beyond fantastic similar to this video. My second was fair at best, and I spent 20X as much . My third was back to pretty fantastic. I even told them about a few of the problems from purchase #2 to let them know I wouldn't be putting up with that again. Sometimes with these big places it is the employees that you happen to encounter that make or break the experience. My take is General RV seems to have the pieces in place to make it all work, they just don't execute at 100% every time.
Hi friend. Thanks for sharing with us. Just curious, did you have the same salesperson each time or a different one? From all the comments we’re getting I’m thinking you’re right. I think a LOT of what determines your experience is what employees you work with. Thanks for taking the time to check out our channel!
@@RCRVadventures Different every time, and none of them were really bad. That second time though, our interest rate changed too. In our case it was for the worse. In the end it was on me. I could have just waited (or walked) and gotten my own financing, but of course we had plans for the RV and didn't want to wait. The last minute "switcharoo" left a very bad taste. I also got in the middle of a a pissing match between the local Onan dealer and General over the generator that failed after 20 minutes. Supposedly it was run for 30 minutes before the PDI, but actually failed at 0.3 hours on the meter in my driveway. General eventually made it right, but not until after a struggle. None of that was really on the Salesperson per se. I'm sure you've noticed this in your comments, but General seems to be hot or cold, but no in between for most. I'm glad your transaction worked out. Thank you for the reply and the video.
Yes, you’re correct. The viewers who comment and share their experiences are all over the board. No consistency in experiences. Very interesting. Thanks for sharing yours with us!
All of a sudden this guy comes out with a super positive on General?! Trading boat and and RV? Come on! to convenient.... This is General behind the scenes...
Hi friend. I can understand your skepticism, especially given the timing of recent events. This video was not addressing the allegations or investigation. It was just a recap of our purchase experience. If you search our channel, we have a video showing when we drove down to do the trade in and pick up the new RV. We are just some campers who decided to start a TH-cam channel. I guess I should take it as a compliment that my video editing and on camera presence has improved enough for people to think it’s a big production but the truth is we’re just normal people recording our adventures. Thanks for taking the time to check out our channel!
Here's my experience with General RV, In the last 6 years, I have purchased 3 motorhomes from GRV, The 3 motorhomes were purchased at 3 different GRV dealers in the Michigan area. Each time It was a good experience, we had no complaints. I will say this; A good deal is when both parties are satisfied with the deal made and agreed to. BTW all 3 purchases, the paperwork was in order as agreed upon.
Hi friend! Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us! I agree with you about what a good deal is. You know they have to make money too. If both parties are satisfied, you can’t ask for more! Our paperwork is all good too. Thanks for watching!
Thank you friend. Admittedly, the timing of them being in the spotlight does help bring visibility to our channel but does not negate the fact that we really did have a great experience with them. No one knows, but I actually shot a GRV review video in April after our purchase. I was still so excited with our purchase that my emotions got the better of me and I was just rambling with my words. Ended not using the footage. I know peoples emotions are all over the place with them as a company. I’m not saying they’re right or wrong. Just sharing what I know to be true. That we, us personally, had a great experience with them. Thanks for taking the time to out to watch, comment and check out our channel!
@@RCRVadventures They've received so much bad press, it's good to see a favorable review. Before moving to NM two years ago, I lived in FL for three+ decades. Several friends and colleagues purchased through General's Central and North FL offices and it went well from what I recall. The Utah story is currently being "tried" in the press and social media, truth will come out in time, probably through litigation is my guess. Was something done unethically or possibly fraudulently in the Utah facility for an extended period half a dozen years ago? Perhaps, we'll see. The overprinted invoices (aka "smudged") sure don't look good, but I'll remain neutral until resolution occurs.
I completely agree with you and your stand point. I don’t like to jump to conclusions before knowing all the facts no matter how bad the optics look. Thanks again for sharing with us!
Hi friend. I’m sorry to hear that. Buying an RV should be fun and exciting. That’s why we buy one in the first place. I’ve gotten a lot of comments back from this video and it’s a mixed bag of experiences. Makes me wonder why the inconsistency. Thanks for sharing with us.
Great Review 😁 Had the same experience in Tampa ❤️ Amazing Dealership ❤️ I won't believe everything in the News ❤️ They don't have a good track record 😁
Hi friend! That's awesome that you had a good experience with them. I'm with you on the news track record. 😂 I can't say what they may or may not have done. What I can share is my personal experience and just like yours, it was amazing. Thanks for sharing with us!
Glad to hear this customer had a good experience, but it is sad to hear the stories of customers being deceived by General RV as uncovered by Fox 13. A huge question is, how come top management didn't stop this, were there no internal verification audits etc. to identify & proactively address this? Any good employee working for General RV should be thinking and saving ASAP ones good individual reputation, so not be be dragged into this by association.
@@RCRVadventures What your copy of the contract looks like it totally irrelevant. It’s the copy that’s sent to the lender is what counts and those are the ones that have been doctored. Why anyone would do business with these crooks after what’s been uncovered is beyond me.
@@TheMinnow101 I’m by no means an expert but I think a customers copy of paperwork is important. It’s proof what was presented to you. My understanding with the allegations is that the customers copies have 2 different numbers on them. One looking “smudged.” I’m not aware of someone who has completely different different paperwork than the bank. I think that would be a cut and dry scenario of fraud. As for ours, we do not have carbon copy paperwork. Everything is from a laser printer very clearly printed. Fortunately, it seems the stare has opened an investigation. Will be interesting to see what they find. Thanks for watching.
It’s great to hear a positive General RV review. They may be going a rough patch but I think they are a solid, honest well run business. I’m sure they will make the situation right.
Thank you friend! Thanks for sharing with us. Regardless of what my opinion is on the situation, I believe in giving credit where credits due and the truth is we had an amazing experience with them. Thanks so much for watching!
lol! You’re right my friend! It may have. I am a fan of waiting for hard evidence before conviction but the optics of that situation don’t look good. I do, however, believe in giving credit where credits due and our experience was amazing. At some level I feel responsible to share the good with the bad. Will be interesting to see how that situation unfolds. Thanks for watching!
I always tell folks it more than just getting a good price on a RV, It is what comes after the sell. The dealer reputation, the service department, parts department and the manufacture reputation. Knowing they will have your back plays an important role and if I get a negative vibe then I would walk.
Hello my friend!! Yes! I agree with you. I know there are some others who may not have had a great experience with them, but for us, it was amazing. I believe in giving credit where credits due. Thanks for watching friend!
Please forgive me, but I am very skeptical that this “review” is legit. An RV dealership would never do some of the things claimed in this video. I just cannot believe it. If this were accurate, the reviewer would be willing to disclose the MSRP and the actual price he paid, plus show us the actual invoice. I wonder whether there is an arrangement between General RV and the gentleman providing the “review.” I would imagine that General RV has very good reason to pay for positive publicity right now. I wonder....
Hi friend. Let me introduce myself. I am Matt from the video. This is our small TH-cam channel that we started about 4 months ago. I can understand your skepticism. Especially with the current allegations going on right now but our video was not about that. It was just a recap our our buying experience. We are normal people with jobs, kids and a dog. When one puts themself out there on the internet via things like TH-cam, you are giving strangers an inside look at your life and it can sometimes even be intrusive. For that reason, also, I do not want my business out there (like the price I pay for something) for haters and negative people to comment. If knowing the sales price or any of the specifics of the deal help you personally in some way, I would be more than happy to share it with you but I’m not going to send that info out into cyberspace. Please feel free to IM me via our Facebook page and I’ll be happy to share specifics if this helps you. Thanks for watching. -Matt
I did not have a great feeling when I dealt with General RV about 6 years ago. So much so I bought from a different dealer at a higher price for a slightly higher quality unit. I just felt they were acting like shady used car dealers at the time. Didn’t understand the way RV deals worked. I would still consider them if I traded today but I know the industry better now and know sticker price means nothing.
Hi friend! Yes, we were the same with our first RV purchase. We were very ignorant of how everything worked too. Fortunately, with this last one we had more experience and were better informed. A lot of that is due to this amazing RV community who helped us. That being said, I would still agree with your first purchase decision. I’m a firm believer in listening to your gut. You can’t really put a price on that. Thanks so much for sharing with us!
Thank you so much! We’re so happy you enjoyed it. I don’t usually do the “sit there and talk” type videos but I felt it was good information that could help others. Thanks for watching and thanks for your feedback!
Hi friend. The more I hear from viewers and their different experiences, the more I’m starting to think that the salesperson you get has a lot to do with what kind of experience you get. More than I originally thought. Thanks for watching!
So many people fail to do what you did. You need the OTD price! I learned buying motorcycles, get the out the door price. No need to negotiate fees or other items individually. Let the dealer figure it out. If they can't give you the deal you want, use your feet.
You are correct my friend. I wish I could take credit for it but it was actually due to this amazing community. FB groups and viewers like you helped me to understand that point. Thanks for watching!
Hi friend. Maybe not currently but I started with them over 20 years ago when Mr Sam was alive. That was a big focus of his. Things have sure changed now. Thanks for watching!
I started putting up my BS boots right around the 3 minute mark. When you try to establish a connection for a dealer more than once and they fail you, it is time for the crucifixion.
I have to be honest, I don’t really understand your comment. My story is BS? The dealer is BS? Sorry if I’m being ignorant but I’m not really sure what you’re trying to say.
@@RCRVadventures Not you. The dealers in FL. Period. And no, I am not going to protect no one by not mentioning them especially in this crooked business. If you walked into a dealer just the second time and won the lottery, great for you. Let me give you "my" RV FL official listing. 1) North Trail RV the biggest crook. 2) General RV, yes, your guys. 3) Camping World. 4) Campers Inn powered by that crook of Rick(not Ricky, the son) Chenoweth. 5) La mesa RV. So, now are you going to discuss how great and wonderful your dealer and salesman was? Sorry. In the future, I have a suggestion for you: Stay away from this state; FL. Even for cars, people are driving waay up north away from the So. Fl. crooks. It will make you wiser if you consult forums where they mention the best dealers. Thank You. It is just that I am tired of these Cinderella stories.
Hi there! It’s true. I know there is a lot of news going around about them and it will be interesting to see what the investigation turns up. Our experience, however, was very good with General so we’re just sharing our personal prospective. Thanks for watching.
The problem I have with the accusations against General RV is the formal response from General RVs leadership. They are not doing anything to support the victims, instead stating General follows all laws. That’s not good enough. Also, the lowest price isn’t always the best deal. Product support after the sale is extremely important.
Hi friend! You make a good point. The support you will get should be a factor in your buying decision. For us, it did not weigh as heavy as most because we live too far away from that dealer to utilize them for any future service, but that's a great call out. One of the big reasons we went with Alliance. As far as the allegations to GRV, it's my understanding that the state has an investigation open right now. Surely the optics of the situation don't look good but I've never been one to cast a conviction on someone before I get all the facts. Will be interesting what the investigation turns up. Thanks for watching and taking the time out to comment.
@@RCRVadventures The Alliance is a great RV, and their company is built with a customer focus. Their 5th wheels were built based on input from us, the end user. That’s unique these days. I hope you enjoy your rig. You picked a good one. When you get full-timers like Wayward Waggs going from a Montana to an Alliance, that says a lot about the Alliance.
I am very sceptical about this video. At the beginning you said you concealed the fact you are TH-camrs by doing video out of their sight (outside etc…) - at the 11:30 mark you are in the camper with what looks like a General RV employee while doing the video. I don’t know you so I will give you the benefit of the doubt but there is no doubt in my mind that General RV is trying to make “brownie points”. No dealer would usually make the concessions to a customer like they did after the deal has been completed. I’m glad it worked out for you - I wouldn’t purchase anything from them.
Hi friend. First let me say, I appreciate your professionalism with your comment. Very refreshing. I don’t mind criticism but it amazes me why some people are just so nasty in the comments. I can understand your skepticism especially given what’s going on right now with them but I assure you that this was just our recap of our purchase experience. The clip you referred to was a recording of our PDI walk through. It’s very common for people to record this as there is a lot of info covered regarding the new coach. We are a small TH-cam channel just starting up and have no affiliation with General RV or any other company. It’s nice to know that my video editing skills and on-camera presence has improved since we started that it can seem like this was a funded video. 😂 I appreciate you taking the time to watch and invite you to check out the rest of our videos. Again, thank you for your tactfulness. It really is appreciated. -Matt
General RV is under active review by the Utah Attny Gen. the state of Florida is also looking into General RV. Very serious allegations coming to light about two months ago that could put them out of business as many viewers note below. I feel you should take this video down until authorities have a chance to finish their investigation.
Hi Bill, Matt is (he commented this on many other comments) fully aware of the investigation. But one thing you wrote makes me curious: Why should he take this video down? He describes his buying experience from a GRV dealership in another state. And in this video he never talks about the investigation process, so why should he take the video down? No offense, I'm just curios 👋🏻
You're the luckiest RV buyer on the planet come on man stop it everything for free a hitch snappads Better financing They kept apologising Please go make another video about something real
Hi friend. I’m not sure why you seem so angry. I am simply sharing our experience with the dealership. If someone is a smart buyer, they are shopping around to multiple dealerships. Bottom line, someone is eventually going to give you the lowest price. It just so happens that this time it was GRV. Our previous RV was purchased at Mark Tuggle RV Center and we got a free backup camera and 50% off our slide toppers. There is nothing out of the ordinary about getting free items thrown into a deal. My wife got a free leather seat upgrade when purchasing her previous car. Customers can easily work these into deals. Maybe negotiating is not your strong suit along with tactfulness or politeness. Thanks for watching.
I bought a General RV. Coachmen 22rb it wasn't even finish from the factory ready to pick it up it wasn't ready to go it took it wasn't even safe the way some of the condition of it was. I also paid for the phase-change insulation which was never put in the hole in the floor to hold the table in the front with missing the heater hose from the truma was Kate and dangerous. The water valves inside we're touching each other you couldn't turn them the awning didn't work. The fireflies quit working twice. The awning didn't work the factory and a hole where the wires come out to go to it there was no ceiling on the roof. I found a pair of Rusty pliers on the roof wrecking the paint and I'm sure I've forgotten things that were wrong with it. I will never ever buy another RV from General RV it was so disappointing and I feel like I got ripped off.
I'm sorry to hear that. Sounds like a terrible experience. So far, it seems I've heard back from viewers and it's about a 50/50 mix of great experiences and negative ones. I can't seem to figure out what the deciding factor is. Thanks for sharing with us.
Watch How they treat your service warranty issues? I have waited 3 weeks just to get a response from them and have to do my own follow up to expedite the parts with The manufacturer myself. In short not please with the service with General RV . Its true that not all dealerships are the same. But you have to find out yourself. I was treated so poorly from paper work to walk thru. The fact that soon as you pay them. Don't expect a good treatment. Like you we are not new to sales , These are all sales pitches, overall watch and do your homework. No apologies here. Thank you
Very true. I believe doing your homework and getting as much info as possible will help you the most in making an informed decision. Sorry to hear about the bad experience you had. I can imagine how frustrating that must be. Thanks for sharing with us.
If you have purchased an rv from General RV please have your lawyers go over your contract because General RV is currently under investigation for contract manipulation !!! As of last night the criminal investigation has determined that the statute of limitations has run out to prosecute General RV !!! Hundreds of contracts were manipulated !!!
Admittedly, when we first heard about the investigation the first thing we did was to go and check our paperwork. Fortunately, ours is good. We also did not purchase at the Utah location. I do think it’s good advice for people to go review their documents though. Thanks for watching.

Where is the beach you were camping in this video?
Hi friend. It called Crystal Beach in Texas. We have a video showing it on our channel. It was so amazing! Will definitely be doing that again.
@@RCRVadventures thanks!

The camper itself has been pretty good to us.
You’re so right about the connection between how the management treats the employees to how the employees treat the customers.
Hi friend! Yes, it’s probably the most important aspect. I think that’s why every different store or dealership has a different feel. It’s amazing what a good leader can do to for a facility. Thanks for watching!
Secret Agent TH-camr!!! Great job and amazing analysis.

Very Good!
I bought 4 new Motorhomes
Your experience was very similar to my last 3 deals.
Check your payment contract for changes or a big ballon payment due.
This will be our first weekend in our Alliance 385! This was a great video, thank you for sharing your experience!
Congratulations!!! Welcome to the FamAlly! Thank you so much for taking the time out to explore our channel!
Great review. We also were very happy with the sales depth. The service dept. is a totally different experience! We are not happy!
Hi friend!
@@RCRVadventures What a great idea for the business and for the customer. Thank you for sharing that little gem of a tip with us Matt!

Cancel if you can
Is there a balloon payment toward the end of your loan? I've heard that that's where they get you.
Wish you best luck and happy travels in your new rv
Thank you so much! And thank you for taking the time to check out our channel!
Hi friend. Hahaha! So you figured out my code. I guess I was being more polite than subtle. Thanks for sharing with us!
We just picked up our Class A from General RV in Utah and had the same experience, It was seamless and great.

Great video. I'm purchasing within 4 months from General RV.
Thank you friend! With everything going on about the dealership we wanted to share our personal experience about them. Thanks for watching!
Yes, buying locally is also a good idea. We bought our first rig from a small local dealer and it was also a good experience. Thanks for watching.
Thanks so much for sharing. This was great. Take care and have a great week. Kent and Tami
Thank you friends!
If not then
you have NO RIGHT to inspect or demand to see the receipt!' I never, ever allow them to see my receipt!
Another sore point I have with the checkers is .... I never get a 'thank you for your business' from them after paying for the merchandise. It pisses me off that they
can't say 'thank you'! It's always 'Have a nice day'. I just spent x number of dollars at your business and I sort of expect at least a 'thank you' in appreciation. Is it too much
to ask???
You know you’re so right. I heard that from a lot of customers. Too many times management will stick the shiest, least personable person at the door. The actual position in the computer is called People Greeter not receipt checker. Years ago when they first created that position it was for just that. Greeting people. It takes a special type of personality to do it right. Sadly there are stores that implement their own “procedures” like using a marker on receipts. I never remember getting corporate direction to do that.
That's great that you have a great General dealership in Ocala Florida.
We also have a great camping world dealer in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
As you have stated no all dealership's are the same.
Hi friend! Yes, I agree! Camping World is another good example. I’ve been in some awesome ones and some not so good ones. Thanks so much for taking the time to check out our channel!
Wow! That one took me a long time 😳😄 Not because of the long video (which I personally didn’t find to long, by the way) I watched, no, because I read ALL of the 258 comments 🤪
I was and still am very happy that you had this great experience at GRV and that you shared this experience with us viewers.
Yeah, you're right: Kind regards from 🇩🇪,
Philipp
Or wait, different ending, this time in german:
Viele Grüße aus Deutschland, bis zum nächsten Video,
Philipp
-Matt
PS.
Nothing dirty 😉
It basically means:
Kind regards from Germany, see you in the next video 👋🏻
You are correct. I learned that a lot of people do not understand how TH-cam works as a business. I stopped taking it as a negative and started seeing it as a compliment that my video and on camera speaking was good enough for people to think it was a professional endorsement. 😂 Thanks for the translation. We love learning about other cultures and languages.
Thanks for sharing your story.. It was encouraging..
Thank you friend! Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment!
My wife and I purchased a new class c from the Ocala store last month and had the worst experience ever!
Good to know, thanks!!!
Hi friend! Thanks for checking out our channel!
Nice review. I wish we could review our sales experience. 😒 - Michelle & Brian
Thanks friends!
Great video
Thank you friends!
Good channel Marketing, titling your video "General RV." That said, I enjoyed the video, well done. I suspect you'll get additional subs.
Happy for you that your experience was so positive. Mine was not.
We purchased from the Ocala General as well. Great video!
Thank you friend! And thanks for sharing your experience!
Check your loan agreement for smudges! Lol
Lol. Already ahead of you. That’s the first thing I did when I saw that video. Our paperwork is good. Thanks for watching!
It will be interesting to see what the states investigation turns up. Thanks for watching!
I laughed at your disclaimer. I wonder if the smudge and balloon payment would of occurred if you went to the Utah dealership.
We think we can guess the unnamed placed was 😉 we appreciate the honest review!!
Lol! Was it too obvious? Hahaha! Thanks for watching friends!
-Matt
Great review!!
Hi Friends! Thank you so much for taking the time to check it out!
Great video!🙌
Thank you so much! We’re so happy you enjoyed it. I don’t usually do the “sit there and talk” type videos but I felt it was good information that could help others. Thanks for watching and thanks for your feedback!
Good experiences are few and far in between!
4'38 happy and contented employees is what WalMart is known for.
Hi friend. Maybe not currently but I started with them over 20 years ago when Mr Sam was alive. That was a big focus of his. Things have sure changed now. Thanks for watching!
Very good
Thanks friend! Give credit where credits due. May not be everyone’s experience but this was ours. Thanks for watching!
WHAT OUT I SEE A BALLOON.
Ok, that’s kinda funny! 😂
What goes around, comes around. Greed has taken down Empires all thru history. General RV is not different.
Thanks for checking us out!
Gosh your great review must be true.
Hi there!
I appreciate you taking the time to watch and invite you to check out the rest of our videos. Again, thank you for your tactfulness. It really is appreciated.
-Matt
i guess you were one of the lucky ones they didnt scam. watch the news reports.
Hi friend. Yes, our experience was good but can only speak to what we personally went through. Thanks for watching.
Great review and informative!
Thank you friend! Appreciate the feedback! Thanks for checking us out!
Thanks for sharing.
You could have a balloon payment of 80 thousand dollars at the end of your contract !!!
Oh ya?
Yes, that’s how it went down. Thanks for watching.
What till you need service GeneralRV will ignore you
Hi friend. We’ve heard that from other viewers. I can’t speak to that part. We haven’t utilized their service department and most likely won’t as we’re located in Georgia. We appreciate the insight. Thanks for watching!
They tried to nail me , but I've bought other RV s. Be four .
That’s probably the biggest asset someone can have when buying. Experience. Thanks for watching.
