Hi, Thanks for your question. If your visitor visa has a 'No Further Stay' then you cannot apply for another visa onshore, without getting a waiver, which is hard to get. If you visitor visa does no further stay, then you possibly could apply for a 482. There are many requirements for a 482 for the applicant and employer.
