Thanks for this! I’m not a planner or journaler but have a chronic disease & would like to journal and trend health for data. I really appreciate how you keep yours simplified, streamlined and functional. I don’t find I will be adorning or doing huge spreads, just looking for ways to think about tracking data daily for trends or reflections and you sharing your processes & what worked for you is so helpful. The annual dashboard is fantastic! I would love to see your new set up video.
Thank you for stopping by! I’m glad to hear you found this useful for tracking your chronic issues. Until I was struggling with symptoms on a daily basis, I couldn’t connect with any type of daily tracking system. Now, it has become indispensable. I’m excited to see how the annual dashboard works (or doesn’t 😬).
Thanks for sharing, Alison! I particularly like the yearly tracker, I've just drawn one in my Weeks so that I can see a year's worth of insomnia at a glance. Your other trackers got my brain whirring with ideas but I won't go all data nerd on you if you've got a system you're happy with. 🙂
Thank you so much! Honesty, I’m still setting up aspects of my 2025 planner… even now! 😂 I’m trying to remind myself that it’s okay if it’s a slow, adaptive process 😬😅
I really like the way you use the weeks to track your health and wellness, kinda makes me with I had gone with that instead of the hobonichi 5 year. I think a set up/talk thru of how you're using your weeks again for 2025 would be a good video even tho it's some repeated information. it would be nice for a 2025 planner playlist and good for new subscribers
Thank you! I am feeling happy with my set up. At the same time, I genuinely love your idea of using the 5-year for that purpose. The researcher in me feels excited at all of the longitudinal data you’ll have by the end of 5-years. 😍 Thanks for the suggestion about the planner playlist - it didn’t occur time to make one for my 2025 health and wellness planning, but I think it’s a great idea!
I used to track my health in the cousin, so helpful to track details and symptoms. I think the weeks works so well for that! I love how you organized your pages. I agree on that these types of pages I wouldn’t put much stickers or any at all. I think for next year I will be adding in a wellness section in my a6 techo..especially sleep since I’m pretty bad at it. Btw, I love those biscuits at this time of year too! I bought a tin of those biscuits with chocolate today. Maybe should also track my sugar intake ugh.. :)
I love the idea of using your A6 for tracking wellness. Which section do you think you’ll be using for that? Haha those biscuits are such a classic. As a kid, I would begrudgingly eat them because we always had them, but I preferred chocolate chip or gingerbread cookies with lots of icing. That tin is already gone 🫢 so now I’m thinking we night get the ones with chocolate next. 😂
This year I’m using the Papertess Designs weekly notebook for health and wellness and it’s a great wellness planner. But I want to change things up to keep it fresh and was planning to use the PAL planner for 2025. But I’m thinking of using my A6 planner instead. It’s kinda perfect for wellness I think 💭
Thank you so much! I’m happy to hear that this gave you some ideas. I’d be curious to hear what you think about using the kinbor weeks! I’ve seen a few videos on them and they seem like great Hobonichi Weeks alternatives!
I highly recommend getting some cheap dot markers I love these things they denote things like red for medical or if its my bp I use red for its really high and green with its fine . I also use it for the weather when its hot red cold blue show purple I love this way of noting things cause then you can see OH this was a bad time oh this was a good time without nessesarily having to read each of the text :) HOpe that helps .
Thank you! That’s such great point about colour coding. As long as I stay consistent with my colour coding (I have been knowing to change it up partway through intentionally 😅), I agree it will make seeing patterns much easier. I have a set of zig markers that a friend gifted me a few years ago. That reminds me that I should use them more often!
So helpful to see how you used your health tracker, thank you for sharing! ❤ I'm also going to be using my weeks in 2025 specifically for health tracking and I have been trying to figure out how I'll use the notes pages. I really like your monthly recap idea and might adopt something similar 🙂

Ooh, please go data nerd on me! I would love to hear your perspective and am still flexible on my approach!
This is great and appreciate you sharing your planner. I'm still setting up mine for 2025 (using a different planner) and your formats are helpful

That's a great idea re: the social contact tracking! Will use it.😊
Yay! I hope you find to helpful! It’s amazing how much I would forget if I didn’t document it. 😅

I think your planners would be perfect! I’m so excited to see how you use them throughout the year! 😍
Thanks for the ideas for health and wellness journal!
Thank you so much for watching and your kind words! ☺️
Thanks for sharing your health journal! I plan to do the something similar in 2025 and this has been inspiring
Thank you so much for your kind words! I’m so glad you found it helpful. 😊
Thank you for sharing this! I have been planning to use my Kinbor Weeks for a Health Journal for my doctor appointments. You gave me a lot of ideas!

@@LittleCocoStudio I have a video about mine on my channel. I've used them for several years and I love them!
