Will these Mosmatic ⅜” 14mm QR couplers cause any issues when paired with a Kobrajet hose? Both ends of the Kobrajet hose use a NPT thread, whilst the Mosmatic fittings seem to be BSP.

you are right on 2 different thread types, on NPT threads BSP works just fine
