This is the first episode of a new series we’re calling Eyes Only - where we use leaked and declassified documents to understand what’s really happening behind the scenes.
Answering questions like: How do politicians wield their influence? What can these documents teach us about their decisions and motivations? And what do the powerful say to each other when they think nobody is listening?
In this episode, we explore an insane plan to conduct false flag attacks against American targets, perpetrated by the US military. Before the Cuban Missile Crisis, the US came dangerously close to going to war with Cuba. The US military was intent on invading the island and removing Fidel Castro from power, and their plan to do it was called Operation Northwoods.

As for 9/11, I have serious doubts that the US planned 9/11. But I don't really want to type out 10 paragraphs and I doubt anyone would want to read them.

@@TheDogGoesWoof69 small arms won't help against a tank, much less the whole US military. Every "popular revolution" out there has had backing from either a domestic military(e.g. Arab Spring), foreign militaries(Mujahideen/Taliban were CIA trained, Viet Cong and North Korea were Soviet and Chinese supplied and trained. French navy also cut off British supplies during American Revolution), or another party responsible for the country's balance of power(e.g. The Estates General in the French Revolution).
It's how a few dozen guys in SUVs can topple entire democracies(Myanmar), while hundreds of thousands of armed jihadists in ISIS crumbled away into irrelevancy and large communist/democratic/independence revolutions get crushed(Algerian Civil War, etc). It's all just a game of faction vs faction within a country's power structure. Hell, before you cite Haiti, read the biographies of all its leaders. They weren't just random slaves. They all had important roles to play within the French colonial apparatus.
If another civil war breaks out, you won't need to worry about the second amendment when the Chinese and Russians give you T-72s and Sukhois. That's just how the world works.

I recently visited the bay of pigs in Cuba, I was really surprised by how bad the location is for an invasion, very rocky with large boulders near the coast, the bay itself is full of coral, and then the whole region is surrounded by a ring of swampland with a single road really suitable for tanks which crosses the swamp into the rest of Cuba. The population is also extremely low in the area owing to the lack of resources, making the general tactic of plundering to feed the army not viable. I asked one of the locals who have studied the history there, and he theorizes that their plan was to create a tiny breakaway state (so the swamp is meant more as a feature, since it is harder to re-take the area if there is only one road in). Then the US would legitimize this state as the true claimants of Cuba, allowing the main US military to invade and "help" the breakaway state. However, we will never know, since the invasion was a failure. It also suggests US intelligence was probably very lacking in this case.

It’s not a complex event that goes back the Sayyid Qutb, bin Laden, Ayman Zawahri,Saudí Arabia and fundamentalist Islam ,and the war against the Soviet Union in Afghanistan… you don’t need a big book of history and evidence all you need is one simple theory.

The US doing these things (see Iraq) while also condemning Russia for its war on Ukraine is what is fueling these acts of aggression and the Russian propaganda.
If one superpower can do it, then all of them can. As someone from a small insignificant country that has always been wedged between East and West, I feel this.
Both acts of war are despicable and have absolutely no justification. In a perfect world, the superpowers wouldn't try to pull off this shit. But here we are.. again

That argument 'The Americans do it too' always strikes me as odd since it seems to acknowledge that it's morally wrong... and apparently that's why they wanna do it, too. Arguably it makes the ones making that argument slightly more evil since the others at least they know they shouldn't and don't wanna advertize. At the very least both are equally despicable.

He's altering history. And everyone is eating it up. Is the CIA "senior military leaders"? And when he plays the voice of John F Kennedy while saying : "Why would our leaders unleash terror attacks on US citizens?"
Because he is supposed to associate JFK with these plans. JFK was disgusted with these plots. He fired Alan Dulles the head of the CIA. The CIA is not the US. They are not accountable to Congress and therefore not accountable to our elected leaders. Johnny Harris is a Limited Hangout. He gives information about US past crimes, but in a way which would be acceptable to his editors. He even changed the title of his video about US Coups from "US Coups and Assassinations" to something about "Foreign Operations". That's called "Public Relations" or Propaganda. He is the best manipulator I've seen on TH-cam, even doing videos sponsored by the World Economic Forum.

@@DoctorChained actually would be kind of brave if he got the story right. Harris didn't mention the CIA once.
"From the time Fidel Castro assumed control of the Cuban government in 1959 to the end of his leadership in 2008, there were more than 600 assassination attempts made on his life. Less than ten of these attempts were made by the CIA. However, additional discussions about assassinating Castro in an effort to end the regime took place. Until a series of records were declassified, the CIA and other government agencies and officials involved in assassination plans were kept hidden from the public.
CIA assassination attempts were previously denied because they went against some of the major principles of the United Nations Charter, to which the US government is bound."
I love that this previously quoted article claims that although 600 attempts were made, less than 10 were by the CIA. But that the CIA denied involvement due to International Law haha. How can anyone just believe what the CIA says? They're specialty is literally lying, murdering, theft and propaganda.

He was in Mexico in 1956 when Fidel Castro and Che Guevara went to Mexico to ask for help from the zapatistas, my grandfather did all the gun running and training. My grandfather was CIA the whole time. He was in the US military and was on the USS Indianapolis, and part of the Bataan death march. I have a picture of my grandfather and jfk that i was shown to as a kid, and was told my grandfather helped lead the bay of the pigs. Years later i find out the other name for the bay of the pigs was operation Zapata, go figure lol. After my grandfather actually died in 1988 my family was raided by feds none stop.
