    Hey there everyone. This was a wild one to work on. there's so much more i want to tell about the global economy and the realities of international business. Lots more to come.
    It's rare that a sponsor specifically wants to be a part of a deep dive video like this. so I'm grateful for Fully. Also super grateful for all of you who come to these videos with a desire to LEARN. this is heavy stuff. Not always easy to understand. But you are here, watching a 19 minute video on TH-cam. It's super awesome that you care about this. Thanks for being here.

      It feels so odd as a black person that we hear these stories from journalist's who don't understand our experiences and never could. I have jamaican and hatian family whove dealt with the horrors of the things the white men who run this country, have done to live so abundantly. So always being told how bad it is by a white men journalist's just never feels like anything more than a smack in the face. But white supremacy says these are the arbiters of our collective truths, it give them the power so I suppose its best the story is told rather than not at all... I suppose...

      If you look up any register for Liberian offshore companies you will see that all the mail is forwarded to the same location. This is a same for all the places for all around the world. In the EU United Kingdom is one of the biggest offshore countries as they have a special type of company that is an LLC but not allowed to trade within UK. In return it pays no tax. There are flats in London with multiple thousand of companies registered. It is also pretty easy to register, 125 EUR and 10 minutes. @@udkc keep in mind all these only work if you are doing some business that does not require a physical location in your country (like you can't do this if you are a hairdresser or car mechanic hope you get what I mean) cayman, malta etc. all has different prices to start a company and their laws are slightly different. I know in Malta you still have to pay some taxes (not much tho) and you can take the rest of the money as dividend. You also need at least one more guy in the company as a "secretary".
      So the fastest, cheapest, simplest is the UK company. Literally 10 minute to do, you need to photoshop an english utility bill to prove your address (they won't accept spanish) and basically that's it. You don't need to submit invoices (tho it is vise to collect them). There is a 100eur upkeep fee yearly. You will create a business account in transferwise or revolut wichever you fancy most and you receive all your money there via transfer. You can spend directly on the business account for clothes, travel, restaurant etc. whatever you can describe as business spend. This will be 100% invisible for your government. However you should not buy groceries and other daily stuff this way.
      The second step I cannot help with is to talk to an accountant and figure out what is the cheapest way in spain to get your money. You will have two case: smaller amounts for daily living and bigger spend (like buying a car). You will need to pay some tax tonthe governmenr when you want to spend a bigger amount.

      @@TechTinkerWorks Oh, so it's basically just down to what's cheapest and/or most convenient. I was thinking maybe it was related to some kind of EU regulation since you mentioned it - e.g. a rule that made it harder to operate tax haven registrered companies inside the EU.
      I see now that you only meant to point out that UK provides a tax haven inside EU. Which I do find both interesting and scary. Didn't know that at all. Although I'm aware of these buildings with like 100s or 1000s of shell companies on the same address. Thought that was just some smoke & mirrors-stuff though.
      And I only used Spain as an example cause my own country is an EEC country 😅

      @USA 2 MEXICO There is no denying how many great contributions USA has made. You understand that this channel is from an American guy so naturally he will focus on the history of the US, good or bad. As long nothing he said is incorrect about the US implications in this, we should be aware of the dark past.

    There is a similar situation in Puerto Rico, although I think that Puerto Rico might be another level of insanity. Would love to see how the US stole Puerto Rico. Keep up the good work!

    Johnny, your curiosity is a vehicle that rolls through many of our lives. I appreciate your storytelling setup, creating a narrative with bite size informative history is not an easy task. You’re doing a great job, man. I’m trying to do the same thing with my children, I can only imagine how much work that actually is, you are making consumable content that is genuinely interesting and unique. Good to see that you can shift to a solo-non-Vox arrangement. Both experiences were/are great! Thank you.

    • @C1K450
      @C1K450 ปีที่แล้ว

      Mafia style assassination can’t be practiced anymore due to the amount of technology, cameras, whistleblowers, and witnesses around. The only way they can achieve taking down an opponent is by psychological warfare, framing, or assassination of the character of that person. Once they achieve that, the general public wouldn’t support that person too.

    I really appreciated this. You are able to craft accessible narratives around really complex topics without giving the impression you've told us everything we need to know about it. I appreciate being told US history with a critical eye and seeing how those stories from the past are not finished yet. And I appreciate the visuals you choose to include. It's not often you get such a well rounded collection of exhibits when discussing stories like these. 👍 I like it.
