It was interesting hearing when Will gets on and off throttle. He seemed to be WOT coming out of 3 and holding thru 4 coming to full song on front stretch letting of longer thru 1 and 2 WOT backstretch.
If I even finished the Indy 500 I would want to get the hell out of that car and go be alone for a while. 500 miles at those speeds is cheating death. I would go home, hug my favorite oak tree, talk to God, and probably cry like a baby. After a few hours I would talk to my Wife, my Brothers and Sisters, and then my Dogs. I would promise them all that I will never do that again.
The level of concentration required to remain focused at those speeds must border on superhuman. I would imagine that just finishing the Indy 500 would leave you mentally exhausted.
Thanks! Wow, nice that someone figured out the streamlinks that the Verizon app uses. Are you based inside or outside the US? Because I wonder if those links were geo-blocked. Also please could you tell me where you found the links?
They were posted on Reddit's r/motorsportsstreams. Not permanent links and they change frequently but not always for every race. The direct links are not geoblocked. I don't know about the app access.
20:25 Got to love his radio 😂
Finally won it. Congrats to Will. One of the best drivers of our decade. So glad he got it.
Really gives you a good perspective of what it's like driving at 225+ mph
I don’t think so. No footage can do it justice.
INDEED 🙏
@@mikemoggerson6651 You need to get your eyes & hearing checked out. You can’t see and hear how fast he is going. SMDH🤬
I just love seeing the absolute respect for the win at Indy!!!
I love seeing all of the drivers go by and congratulate him. everyone has true respect for will

A great achievement for our Aussie boy. Shame there was bugger all coverage in Australia
In a trance at the start it’s mesmeric stunning first 20 minutes
I don't know or hate or love, this is my first season i watch Indycar, congrats Will Power, and thanks to you @wfcd to upload this video
Tomislav Dragić welcome friend!
that gear change from 6th to 5th is brutal.
It’s not F1 so yeah... it sounds like a tractor 🚜
Did he have an onboard camera for the 2019 Indy 500. He had an incredible restart in the closing laps
Did u ever find a video of that?
@@grantgooden4333 No sir, kinda surprised the teams don't archive on board footage and release on social media for marketing purposes.
@@Flinto762 yeah I know! Willy P is my favorite driver and I was at the race and I thought he was gonna get p10 at best. But he moved up to 5th
give me respect mother######
Wow so much comms over the radio
Iracing looks good!
I just can't see the excitement in going around and around without barely slowing down for corner's.I know it's fast but that's it.
It is very relaxing almost made me fall asleep
Very good 👍 Will Power! I'🇧🇷👍.
Great! Thanks for uploading! What's the source feed of this capture?
The Verizon Indycar app, it had several live onboards. I didn't have access to the app but links of the onboard feeds were shared elsewhere.

Oh ok, I forgot to visit r/motorsportsstreams on Indy 500 raceday.
The Verizon app at least doesn't appear on Playstore being accessed from Germany.
What was he doing with his hands around 10:58
Looks like just "stretching" to me.
he's trying to cool his gloves because of the heat
yarrrthekraken cooling gloves for restart
He is blessing the car
