Actually Just me not really. A cable restraint is classified as a relaxing type lock with a 1 piece lock such as the bent washer, the slim, micro, those type locks. Usually cable restraint have restrictions placed on them like no or very limited entanglement as well. This is done to help reduce or eliminate them from being lethal.

What does 7x7 refer to???
7 strands of wire twisted together to make 1 strand. then there's 7 of those strands are twisted together to make the cable.
