They suggested that I take the product to a repair shop, but I live far from the capital and have no interest in taking it to a non-authorized repair shop. I bought the speaker two months ago, it is defective, and I need a new one. I chose Tronsmart because I trusted the brand and thought I was making a good purchase, but it seems the 18-month warranty is just a selling point. I hope we can resolve this as quickly and amicably as possible. I look forward to your response.
